No one is perfect and when you do overdraft your account or need to place a stop payment you pay just $25 for overdrafts and $20 for stop payments. Any Rochester area state employees and their family members can join - husband, wife, children, grandparents, grandchildren, great-grandchildren - anyone who is related to anyone who is already a member can join!
If you do not feel comfortable coming in, please see the other options listed below for your banking needs. May be made by mail, through the drop box outside our office, and through direct deposit or bill pay. May be requested by calling the office during regular business hours, or through our Online Banking system (24/7) or Audio Response system (24/7).
