To take advantage of our online services, the first step is to request an account activation link and complete your registration. If you are a first time user, please call 585.339.4475 to speak to a Client Service Representative between the hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST to request your activation link.
View your portfolio and daily account transactions, create reports, and view your online statements. When you want access to your account information, all you have to do is sign in to Weblink. Access to information on individual asset or transaction detail, including individual tax lot information for each asset.
An ABA Routing Number is a unique nine-digit number assigned to a financial institution by The American Bankers Association (ABA). This number identifies the financial institution upon which a payment is drawn. Routing numbers may differ depending on where your account was opened and the type of transaction made.

The only branch I try to come to as long as I am near the area. This is the best one, as long as you don't come here on Thursdays or Fridays after 4pm. It's really busy. You can get in and out the drive through pretty quickly any other day. I try to do most of my banking in the morning as well. Also, the staff here are always helpful.

Very positive experience today! I called on Monday to renew a CD and spoke with a CS Rep named Ryan who was extremely professional and friendly. Not only did he take care of my request--which could not be done until today--he called me at work to let me know it was completed. That is excellent customer service.
