Services
For pets in an apartment, there is a two hundred fifty ($250) pet fee required that is non-refundable and a two hundred fifty ($250) refundable due at move-in. The Initial Pet Fee is non-refundable and does not transfer from apartment to apartment. Failure to report a pet on the application and/or failure to register your pet once adopted will result in a $500 Pet Policy violation fee.
The application process was very simple and turnaround time was fast. Our transition to moving to The Meadows was very easy. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a wonderful place to call home with a quiet setting and views of the wetland including deer and fireflies (which my young child loves).
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount plus $100. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

We've only lived here a few days. However, this place has quickly started to feel like home. Rosemary and Stephanie in the front office went above and beyond in helping us get into our new home. Upon moving in there were a few matenence issues within the apartment we needed taken care of and they jumped right on it without any delay. 10/10 recommend this complex so far. 👌

If I could do a minus I would. This place is absolutely nothing more than a money collector. They have no regard for their tenants at all. This is a business, strictly a business. The parking lots are left full of ice and snow in the winter. One of my neighbors slipped and fell, broke her arm they took no responsibility. Black mold in bathrooms. Flooded apartments not being repaired properly, still no responsibility. They change the regulations on a whim and will collect whatever fees they decide to charge $75 is their favorite number. Ex: When I moved in you could park anywhere. Now

This place is an absolute disgrace to the community. The management team has absolutely zero regards for their tenants nor respect for the property itself. My apartment has a severe mold problem that is causing sickness in my household for weeks on end(I reported this on the 18th of November) that they have completely tried to cover up to protect themselves from the city inspector, my windows pour in air and water (my child cannot even sleep in her room it is so drafty) & yesterday, The kicker: I received an email regarding snow removal stating that they would be removing the snow on December

We have been living here for about a 1 year now. The units themselves are very clean and up-to-date! We enjoy living here but the walls are very thin, this does not bother us because it is expected when living in an apartment building, but it definitely does bother some of the other residents. So really that's your own preference other than that maintenance is very Hands-On and up to speed when it comes to maintenance emergencies. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

This is the best place I have lived in a long time. The staff Stephanie and Jessica are the best and the maintenance crew of Harold and Mike always get the job done on time and very accurate. The garage is the biggest amenity there for me at the complex. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Going on year 2 living and loving to be here :) The office staff is not only friendly and nice, but completely understanding of things. Jessica will always have a conversation with you and remembers who you are even when you have only crossed paths a few times. It's rare now to find anyone that can be personable! Any time I've ever had a maintenance issue the office is quick to let you know when it will be taken care of. I'm still loving it here and don't plan to go anywhere for quite a while :)

I haven't resided at The Meadows for a great amount of time yet, but thus far my experience has been nothing less than pleasant. My apartment was clean and ready to go on move in day, my neighbors are friendly and respectful and staff has been extremely helpful with the new transition. The office staff is professional and most importantly very quick to respond to any questions or needs. I have had little interaction with the maintenance crew, but when I have they have also been very efficient and friendly. So far 5 stars from me!
