Came here last weekend with my husband looking for our first apartment and all i have to say is that Lawrence was amazing!! I'm experiencing issues retrieving my holding deposit back,I was misinformed by Tyrone that I would be getting my deposit send to the parc medallion office today,after having to call corporate to get an understanding of why my check isn't in office as promised they tell me it was mailed out today to a address I moved from smh I am livid,,,you guys have to handle people better than this especially at these times were living in,I hope I dont have to make any other calls regarding MY MONEY treat me as a priority or as if I even matter

Where can I start me and my wife had just started apartment shopping and planned on taking our time with our search , but after meeting Lawrence we decided to lease our apartment with Parc Medallion.
Lawrence was amazing he provided great customer service and was really patient with all our questions . This is our first apartment and i am glad I chose this place management made me feel welcomed and part of the community!

When I came here, I only wanted to tour and see the unit. However, working with Lawrence made me change my mind and I ended up applying. I wasn't sure if he was working for me or against me but his attitude made me want to apply. I ended up applying because of his behavior and nice attitude. He kept calling me and kept me updated and continued to call me until I was moved in. Even up to today, he has not forgotten about me and calls me sometimes and asks me if I have any issues he can help resolve. Lawrence and his manager Tyrone really cares about their residents.

I been at Parc Medallion for years and i love my stay there. The management at the beginning was not adequate but since the new management team took over, it has been a great place to live. Very professional team. Lawrence is an exceptional manager, very detailed and follow through on things.

The staff are very respectful to me and are not only highly educated, but are respectful to others from what I've witnessed. I appreciate being a resident here. I also appreciate Lawrence for taking his time to teach me about the community because this is all a new experience for me. I am happy that I am chosen to be here at Parc Medallion. Tyrone is very respectful for me too and they both have my highest commendation.

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Compared to other apartments I've lived in the management here makes an extra effort to be professional, polite, and courteous. There are exciting amenities like a dog park, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, and lots of washers and dryers. Amy's Donuts next door has the best hot pastrami sandwiches. Quik Stop is open 24 hours, and they do have an ATM, do money orders, and have a selection of food items. There is a bus stop right on the corner, and the number 2 bus can take you directly to BART, Food Max, or Walmart. The community is quiet
