I used to love living here and having access to all the amenities, but now I cannot wait to move out. Union flats currently got new management, and they are TERRIBLE. They do not respond to any emails or concerns, but if you walk by the office they are usually chatting it up and eating rather than helping the residents. There have been multiple break ins, stolen cars, stolen storage, and random people wandering outside our apartments. These concerns have been addressed to the management numerous times, asking they bring back security (used to have with old management) but we all get ignored. They

Welp I was wrong what did I expect, after the problems got resolved new problems arose. Didn't have access to our mailbox for a whole month (management changed the lock for the wrong mailbox) and it took an email to the director to get it resolved. Now our parking spot is somehow assigned to another resident so we don't have a spot for our car anymore (there's been many instances where this has happened and they've sent out a mass email saying they are resolving it but it's still happening...I am guessing the management doesn't even have an Excel sheet to track these

The Union Flats is a great place to live. Neighbors are quiet and we have great amenities. The managers usually have something 1-2 times a month for the residents. Things like get to know your neighbors, a holiday party, 4th of July with burgers and dogs, etc. The only problem about this building and many other properties are the break ins. Motorcycles have been stolen, bicycles, storage units broken into and even cars have been broken into. Like I said above this is happening everywhere especially more now since it is the holiday season and for those who work very hard for what we have others

I am writing this review as a resident that has been living here for a year now. The reason I can’t give this location anything higher than 2 stars is because the front office before this new company was awesome! Now we are having more break ins than ever, no security on site even though residents have had multiple things stolen from them to include a motorcycle and their locker was cut open with wire cutters. No investigations have been launched and there is no on site security to be seen. I have asked the front office currently to handle the situation about residents leaving their trash bins
