Don’t waste your time. The current staff does not put their residents first. They do not keep you informed of important issues for example recent car break ins. They do have a gate but unfortunately i’ve lived here for two years and the gate has been open more than closed. Part of the rent is a $25 fee for trash pick up and you do not have an option to opt out. On top of that, the company they have hired has missed multiple days so trash was left out, Animals were hungry, and you will be expected to pick it up or you will be charged. I lived at these apartments for more than 3 years. I’ve lived in apartments for the better part of 15 years and thought this would be an inexpensive place to live while I saved up for a home. The actual quality of the construction is very cheap and terrible. The apartments are small and dark. The bottom floor apartments all look out into the parking lot, and that is your only view. If you have a dog, the windows are right over the side walk and they will hear the footfalls of every person that passes. Additionally, the only windows of the downstairs apartments (living room and bedroom) are right

The Preserve at Essex Farms is great in so many ways. I was given a tour of the apartments in April of 2019. My initial reaction was that the rent would be out of my price range for what I was shown. I assumed I would have to politely decline to put in an application for due to the upscale look of the complex. I was shocked to find out how… affordable rent would be. The landscaping is immaculate and the apartments are modern and elegant. It is smaller than other apartment complexes, but that is something that I love. The Preserve at Essex Farms has been an enjoyable place to live over the past few months. I moved in with my boyfriend who has lived here for 3 years and has loved it! The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. We rarely hear any noise from our neighbors and enjoy how quiet and friendly the complex is. I would definitely recommend this complex!

The apartments were made using cheap materials and appliances. We could hear every step and every word from the three different neighbors who lived above us, the community was more gate-ish than gated because it was broken 550% of the time and I couldn't help but feel ripped off when we moved out. Don't walk, run to one of the many other options.

I have absolutely loved living at the Springs apartments! The individual apartments are beautiful, as is the entire complex!! The management is wonderful and so helpful with anything you need. They are willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience as a resident. It’s a quiet and cozy complex, but they have lots of resident events! This is genuinely one is the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in!

My fiancé and I have been living in this complex for about two weeks now and are loving it. The leasing process is easy and can all be completed online. There were no hidden fees, and the apartment itself is in great shape. The military is not a preferred employer here, but Aly has been a considerable help for working with us. The complex is easy to turn in and out of despite the street being busy during rush hour, and you can't hear the traffic at all from inside the complex.
The prices for 2 and 3 bedrooms are competitive with other places in the area, but Springs offers much nicer and cleaner

Absolutely amazing apartment community! Great for dog owners especially. Very clean grounds, with a great maintenance staff. The leasing staff couldn't be friendlier or more responsive to requests. They are always organizing fun resident events and they even have a rotating group of food trucks once a week. I couldn't recommend Springs at Essex Farms more!
