We have lived here for just about a month now and I would not recommend this property to anyone! We are paying for a renovated apartment but the first day we moved in we immediately noticed the kitchen sink was leaking. It took 3 times of us sending requests through maintenance to finally get it fixed. then we quickly discovered that our dryer was not hooked up and the power cord to it was missing. we then continued to either find missing things or things were breaking. the vents for our microwave were missing, the bathroom floor had water coming up from the floorboards, there was missing trim

During my initial tour of the apartmet I was assured that safety bars could be installed in the shower to assure my safety (I am a left leg amputee). After signing the lease and paying my deposit and first and last month's rent, I met with the maintenance tech and then the maintenance supervisor and was told that I could not have the safety bars installed in the shower. I agreed with the supervisor that the bars could be installed outside the shower on the wall because I didn't feel I had any other choice. The next day I spoke with my Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist and advised them

I’m sorry I didn’t know the maintenance guys name, not just the one from yesterday but the previous times as well, but they’re so helpful and almost immediately solve even the smallest of problems to the most annoying ones (to me).The fellow from this call, was kind, courteous, and fixed the problem without any hassles on my end. I really have the best interactions with your staff, so please let them know I said thank you again!

Renter BEWARE: This apartment complex will scam you. After moving out a month early (I purchased a house out of state to avoid close contact with others during the pandemic), I received a $55 electricity charge on my utilities account when nobody should have been in the unit. Management said that if I removed my utilities account early before the lease was up, that I would have the withdraw for utilities taken out of my renters deposit. I also cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and received only $100 out of my $450 deposit because they re-vacuumed (even after I rented a carpet cleaner before

I have no words to explain how amazing Dan and Frank were. Out of all the apartments i have lived in, and past things that needed fixed since ive lived here, these two are always amazing. They fixed what needed to be done and answered my questions. When my friends and i talk about where we live because they dont live at eagle run, they are amazed at how my maintenance are here because where they live, nothing gets done or fixed.

I’m the type of person that must see all my options before making a decision. It took me 3 months to decide on an apartment, and that apartment was Eagle Run. I have been and still am extremely satisfied with my decision.
I am a college student so price and location were two of my primary concerns. I believe that this apartment is the best you can get for the price and area in Omaha. The apartments are spacious and modern. If I were to change anything, it would be a larger/more updated kitchen. It is also located near the interstate and in a safe neighborhood/area.

I have lived at Eagle Run for 3 years and I love it! The staff is very understanding and makes every effort to get things done and make a difference in the tenant's lives. Last year I had a problem with my fire alarms and maintenance wasn't getting it taken care of. The staff was great and took care of it right away. I appreciated that after a stressful weekend! They are people too and make every effort to keep decorum and still run a business...:)

I am a resident of Eagle Run for 18 years ...It is the best experience have ever had. Great Apartment. Swimming pool, Gym. Amenities. Gym. It is a great place to be
Also the maintenance is fantastic. I requested a work order from a recently hired staff member Lily Johnson and the maintenance gentleman Al showed up and fixed the details with an amazing speed and professionalism ...I could not believe it ...It is a super great service

From the first time I stepped into the office at Eagle Run, I have felt like I was "home". Everyone is the office was so kind and helpful, and that has been my consistent experience in the year and 1/2 I've lived here. The clubhouse provided an incredible setting for a Christmas party, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. In an "above and beyond" moment, I had a very large, very heavy package delivered and with absolutely no hesitation at all, three of the maintenance guys offered to take it to my apartment for me, and hauled it up 3 flights of stairs! This place is the best!

I have lived at Eagle Run for 9 years and the current management is the worst it has ever been. Really, literally, they are nothing more than kids just doing a job - like working at Kohl's - instead of professional property managers. There is a current problem I'm experiencing, which has been ongoing for some time, which they don't seem to care about resolving, so my next call will likely be to the main office in Lincoln.
The night I moved in I found out there had been gunfire the night before. There have been break-ins in the short past so they've hired a security company

Lived there for 2 years, and had lots of issues with the property managers. Things like maintenance walking in without knocking. The roof was being redone while we were there, and on the 3rd floor they pulled all the shingles off the day before a torrential downpour and did not put up a tarp. We spent all evening waking up every few hours having to empty out 20 gallon buckets of water that were leaking through into our apartment. We had our furniture moved to the middle of the apartment for an entire week because of the rain off/on and they had to wait til was completely dry to keep working. No

These apartments are spectacular and I couldn't be more pleased with them. I'm in a one bedroom apartment and it is huge! Almost $1000 sq ft and for the amount I'm paying for, it is a steal!

Have lived here 6 years. Maintenance is great, though underpaid (I do apt maintenance and the listed pay was $4/hr less than I currently make). Can't seem to keep a regular office staff. Walls are paper thin,… so you hear everything from upstairs, downstairs, and next door. Car was broken into 3 times, windows busted out, though it was a couple years ago, office didn't care. Now raising rent again, and month-month fee is $100 if we don't resign. Done with this place.
