Highland Park

Lived there for 4 years, seemed like every year there was a new property management agency taking over. Maintenance here is joke, wait 2 weeks just to get someone out there for anything.

I wouldn't not recommend anyone to move here. There is poor communication from the managment to the tenants. Repairs take forever, and they value repairing an unoccupied apartment over those who live there. And they do not notify when those repairs will be taking place.
The apartments themselves are okay, but the walls (and ceilings) are thin so you can hear a lot of noise from the neighbors and also some of the road noise from baseline. The parking lot design makes it so you can hear cars driving around at night regardless of which unit you are in.

Pretty average place to live. Not much to complain about really. Maintenance and office staff are nice people and I always get a quick response when I send an email with a question.

Veronica and Kandice were awesome in helping me renew my lease. Ever helpful and willing to help, they resolved all my questions and issues and concerns and helped me reach a final resolution that was amazing.

Horrible management. Quick to charge you fees. You have to reach out to them multiple times to get a response, also sending them documents is hit or miss. Have hand delivered documents multiple times to office staff yet they still say they have not received.

Highland Park Apartments is for sure a luxury complex, it has its own lake made up from standing waters that attracs mosquitoes, specially the dengue and west nile virus ones. It is so private that there is no lights in the complex, you just have to be careful not to get run by a car overnight because they can't see you. It is so clean that they take a lot of time to pick trash in the parking lot even big items. Their management team does for sure take care of these issues by telling you things are fixed when they are not.
It's obvious I'm being sarcastic, just trying to get easy things fixed

Veronica Woods was so nice and helpful when giving us a tour! She is extremely intelligent and sweet and answered all of our questions extremely thoroughly! She is amazing, if you need a tour or have any questions about renting at all I would highly recommend talking to her!

I love the staff here. They make my needs a priority. I also appreciate the design touches in my upgraded unit. It looks like luxury due to the chic fixtures and color palette chosen. I just wish the walls weren’t so thin. I have really busy neighbors and I can hear every footstep and sliding door opening, as well as the running around of their dog.

I habe been living here for maybe 5 years now and they raised my rent by $300 that is unbelievable in all these years i have never paid 1300$ for a ONE bedroom its ridiculous. I have tried to contact them my email on both of my accounts called them left messages and no response what so ever i have even emailed them threw the resident portal and still nothing. I guess its time to move to a new place.

Highland Park is a large community with a small staff with lots of empathy and care for their residents and grounds. They continually endeavor to make this property a place to call home. A Tempe hidden gem.

I just recently moved to Highland Park and I love it so far! My unit was recently renovated and the upgrades are amazing. My one bedroom unit is huge and has more than enough storage space. The management team made my move-in process super smooth, which was greatly appreciated. The complex is really quiet and clean, which was really important to me. One thing I really appreciated was the space outside of the units, making moving in a breeze. I had a few maintenance things that needed to be taken care of when I moved in and they have all been addressed super quickly. I'm really looking forward to

By far the worst place to rent from. I would never recommend this place to a family of friend. That’s pure torture....

My father was living in an upstairs apartment here for a while until one day he was involved in a bad auto accident so he was stuck in a hospitial bed for a month and could no longer use stairs safely. I went… to the office and had the pleasure of speaking with Candice. Candice was amazing!! She helped me gather the necessary paperwork and, like an angel, guided me through the process so that I could take care of my father. Candice played a huge role in helping us get back to a normal life after our personal catastrophe. Words cannot describe how grateful we are. Thank you Candice from Highland

Luv it here! Staff is very friendly and professional and always make themselves available to everyone. Kandice is bubbly, warm and easy to talk to which are very important qualities to have when you are the first person of contact and laison to just about everything! The management company is always open for opinions and are always adding events… for the residents to take part in and get to know each other. A very comfortable place to live with a community spirit! Neighbors are great and everyone respects each other. The dog park is another social area and the pool areas are always clean

What time I spend their is pleasant. I enjoy the use of the pool and free exercise room. I appreciate the use of the office for the internet. No trouble except for the parking.
