Superficially Pavilions LOOKS great sadly internally the BONES are weak and outdated. Just 2 years and have had more plumbing and water damage related issues than one can even imagine, including a positive Radon test resulting in a mitigation system installed! The BLESSINGS here lie in the STAFF! Scott, Maintenance, is AMAZING and truly a gift to Pavilions residents, he is responsive, kind, courteous and gets the JOB DONE! Maria, the Assistant Property Manager is an ANGEL, truly! She is warm, friendly and goes above and beyond her job responsibilities! My children and I feel cared for by the staff

Pavilions is a wonderful place! I moved here because it's close to my daughter house and have loved living here. Its the best area in Albuquerque and I like living up by the mountains. My apartment has a great view of Sandia mountain. I really enjoy meeting new people and love my neighbors. The office staff is helpful and very pleasant. I would recommend Pavilions to my friends and family.

While I wanted to love these apartments I just couldn’t. It does have a beautifully landscaped grounds, the remodeled units are definitely better then the classic. There are just far too many cons though. The units are gravely neglected. The filter in our unit hadn’t been changed for years. The dust was two inches thick which caused the filter to collapse on itself. We moved from Florida and the day we walked into the apartment there was severe water damage from a leaky roof. They did repair the roof but the carpet and padding were soaked in one of the closets. The master bath had a giant bubble

I've enjoyed my year in this complex very much. Positives: Staff is friendly and responsive, facility is very clean, and the complex feels very much like a pleasant neighborhood rather than an apartment complex. Neighbors are generally friendly and respectful (I've encountered no loud parties for example). The tow truck folks referenced in another review are great people and very good neighbors. Since along with younger folks there's also a significant population of retirees in the complex, there are always folks out and around at all times of the day walking their dogs, etc., enhancing the neighborhood

I very much enjoyed my experience living in Pavilions Apartments. Having lived in apartments all over the country, this was by far my favorite. The layouts are spacious with tons of storage space. The option to have a two car garage was much appreciated. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I will always remember that one Christmas where one of the staff took the time to teach me how to properly wrap my gifts. We had to move out early, and they were very nice and accommodating to us even though I am sure it caused the staff extra work. I even ended up having to leave an armchair

Moving out pretty soon, even if I have to Pay a penalty fee. Have not been in here even 8 months. Staff is not attentive, and enables awful behavior from neighbors. Upstairs tenants are extremely noisy and were even more after confronting them. Office will not give them a notice to tone it down. Nobody respects the speed limit within the complex (5 mph), idiots living here and their teenage inconsiderate cretins literally drive through the complex at 65 mph. Some idiot in a pick up truck literally almost ran my neighbor's 6 year old boy over. It doesn't matter where you are in the US, residential

We have never been afraid to live anywhere before but we are now with this situation and want to move as soon as our lease is up. There has been a man and woman driving a grey tow truck with a PRC 54441 number on it who have been parking near our apartment building with cars attached to the truck or they detach the cars and park them in parking spaces. When we have been walking our dog at night we have seen them drive in and sometimes they are still there in the morning when we leave for work. We have been told that there has been vandalism in this area and we get a lot of emails telling us not

I've lived at the Pavilions for 7 years and it gets 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. The property is very quite, the grounds are lush and well maintained 2.The club house, pool and exercise room are excellent. The exercise room has recently been remodeled and enlarged with all new top-of-the-line equipment. 3. The property is safe with few property crimes. 4. All maintenance requests have been completed quickly 5. The garages are nice with some having direct access to the apartment 6. The office staff and maintenance staff are very good.

Pavilions offers large garages, patios, and a quiet neighborhood. These were the main factors I chose to rent here. I live in an I have not found all these features in other apartment complexes. I have not had difficulties with maintenance and the staff is very friendly.
The downsides from my perspective include a noisy HVAC unit (maybe just my unit) , cabinet shelves that are too high to be useful, and a washroom without HVAC that makes washing in the summer leaving the door open.
The apartment policy is to share the water bill amongst the unit. This is a disadvantage for me personally as I
