If this complex works for you, great! All I can do is express how I feel. If you’re looking for a home on a budget go ahead and apply, but if you can spend the extra money, spend it! Unfortunately my move in process was a mess! I was brought into a unfinished, uncleaned, and mismatch appliance unit after I was told completely different amenities. This is my first apartment on my own and it turned into an exciting life change into a life learning lesson. I don’t write trashy reviews so I can give points about this place. I have lived here several years. I chose my apartment for the space and need for a decent size dining room. With the exception of a noise issue with the upstairs resident for a short period of time, I have had no issues while living here. The maintenance crew handles all requests promptly and efficiently. I enjoy the peace and quiet in my surroundings.

Whenever my friends move from other places and they are looking for apartment I take them to Fox Trail apartments Plano ! A great place for new people moving in to Plano ! Staff is very friendly and professional ! They are head on heels to help the criteria ! Parul and others in staff are superb at their work ! Great place great environment 👍👍👍👍👍

Such a quiet and well maintained community!
Don’t get me wrong, I live by one of our pools and court areas.
So, you do get the joy of life but by sunset as quite as a mouse.
Management here are just great!
Wonderful job of keeping one of the more mature properties up to par.
I rarely have an issue over my almost four years here.

Lived here for 8 months now, and it was good for the price but so many things are wrong with this complex. When you walk in to pick up packages she never smiles or says hello, or how can I help. Just stares at her computer and goes back to her day. Our hot water within the entire complex gets shut off randomly for 18 hours+ with absolutely no notice. Once you call and ask why there was no notice they say they can't give their residences notice. Paint job on the outside is an ugly lime green color with chipping paint all over. Town homes were a good price for the sq footage until they went

Fox Trails is such a perfect place for my son with autism to live. Thanks to Julie, Parul, Kia, GiGi, and Clarke, I know that he’s happy, cared about, safe, and well attended to. Whenever there’s a problem in his apartment, it’s always promptly addressed; and even when/if we just need help with something, Gigi and Clarke are at the door, ready to… help, as soon as possible. We really feel like they’re all just extended family. Since Dan has lived there since 2012, and since the carpet wasn’t new when he moved in, it was time for new flooring for him. Julie,

I came to view a place here due to my job transferring me to Texas. Plans fail through with the job transfer. I loved the property; it was so lovely that I’m considering taking another job in Texas to move there. If you are looking for an excellent affordable and great location, please check them out. You will not regret it.

Had a chance to visit Fox Trails Apartment to help friend move in to Plano , Texas ! Pretty good property with friendly staff and great customer service ! Great tour and easy for my friend to quickly decide ! Would recommend all to surely visit them and give them a chance to serve the community ! 👍👍

Unprofessional management. They have charged their resident for kids dropping toys from balcony. Neighbor was bad very racist. Mad to many complaints but management never verified the complain was valid or not. The charges the resident for $75 balcony violation. Where entire world facing COVID-19 pandemic . They are harassing their resident. I think as a resident of this complex I strongly recommend before you decide to rent please verify twice.

Please don't move here. You will suffer horribly. The appliances just doesn't work. It's stone aged appliances, probably 1980's make and model. Upon telling your problem you are deemed a liar because their appliances kicks off initially but slows down through process of cooking. It takes twice or thrice as long to cook same item. If you place a complaint, the maintenance staff will take reading and say it's working fine but will not wait through whole process of cooking to see how it stops working or slows down while cooking. You are made to look like a liar and bad guy

I have lived at Fox Trails for just under three years. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better apartment. While I haven't really had to deal with the maintenance staff, the office staff is always there when I need them! They are always available to help with anything I need! I was able to rent my washer and dryer through them. The units are very large in size and are more set up like a house than an apartment. My apartment is huge! Susan is the sweetest and she is very helpful. I am just starting to get to know Julie a little bit more and she is wonderful as well! I can tell that

Ya know what is hilariously deceptive, dishonest, and pathetic? Having your own employee give your god-awful, joke of a property 5 stars to try and boost your rating. That 5 Star rating by Julie S is laughably ridiculous, as is the managers response. This should be a pretty clear indication of how this place is run. Your ratings are awful because your establishment and management skills are atrocious. Maybe if you spent less time on your eyebrows and more time on actually managing, this place could be borderline decent.

Can I give this place 0 stars? The only thing good about this place is the maintenance staff. Well, only Kelley and Roosevelt are awesome.
The property has come under new management basically every time there is a new moon. The current local office manager, Susan, is not courteous and often quite rude. I've been trying to get a garage rented for months, but they do not have any available. However, there are 5 that they just haven't fixed so they CAN'T be rented out.
Don't move here. It sucks. If I could afford a down payment on a house, I would have left by now.

Only been in this apartment 3 months and have not been satisfied yet and have many complaints. The whole west side of my apartment floods up to 2 inches deep and at least 6ft in, when there's large amounts of rain. Told office multiple times, was eventually told they have known about it before we moved in, but it requires hiring an outside contractor. Not once were we told about the situation before signing the lease. Even had to wait 2 days to move in after our move-in date because "there was a major leak and they had to clean the apartment/floors again". Upstairs bathroom leaks

The leasing agent, Connie is just plain rude. She has never respected me or anyone for that matter here. It's very frustrating. I have had nothing but trouble from her. She doesn't give information to Susan when she's needed it's awful. The apartments need to be updated. It's not worth living here.
