It has only been a little over a month since I moved in, but I want to give five stars to One Greenway. I could even give more stars if possible.
I love how friendly and helpful the staff is. Also, I enjoyed the fun events that have happened here, such as the Christmas Tree Farm, Eye Examination Pop-up, Winter Cocktail, etc.
For the dog owners who are looking for a place, I definitely recommend it here. The apt is super pet-friendly and has a dog washroom. It really makes washing your dog a breeze!!! Besides there is a small park downstairs, Boston Common is close too.

Janet is such a bright spot at the front desk. It's a true bright spot of our morning routine, to see her (and Gary and Ben) at the front desk. They make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The apartment is great, the maintenance staff is warm, friendly, and skilled. We've had no major issues in living here for almost 9 months now and have enjoyed the walkability of the location to many easy to access areas of Boston.

This apartment is truly a great place to be. It’s very pet friendly, the management is very communicative and helpful, and the environment itself is very warm and vibrant! I’m particularly fond of the concierge team as they are always the first people I see when I enter or leave the building; I think the team is the best part of Greenway (and their amazing amenities of course)! I have only been living at One Greenway for about two months now and I have felt at home almost immediately. The apartment complex is beautiful, dog friendly, and perfectly located. The amenities are a huge plus! But what I have loved the most about One Greenway is the staff. From learning our names upon moving in, to always greeting us with a friendly smile, the concierge staff especially communicates with grace and care and really makes you feel like part of a family! Janet and Ben deserve special shout-outs for always being great and making us feel so comfortable! Could not recommend more.

One Greenway has been a wonderful place to live. The apartments are excellent, as are the amenities, but what sets it apart is the people who work here. The concierge crew is incredibly helpful and friendly, and they make everything much easier. The people in the leasing office stay involved and keep us informed, and the entire staff keeps the building running smoothly. There are a number of community events set up as well which are very fun and useful.

Living at One Greenway has been a wonderful experience so far! The building is very clean and the concierge staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Still the Best Apartment Ever! I moved back to Boston and shopped around but could not find an apartment that beat my experience at One Greenway so I signed another lease in April of 2019 and am so happy! It was great to reconnect with Jackie and Danielle. The maintenance team is beyond professional and timely. The cherry on top are the parties for the residents. At the last one we had lobster rolls, drinks and even a swag bag! And what a view I have!!!

My husband and I have lived at One Greenway for almost 2 years and are sad that we are moving out soon as we are relocating for work.
The Bozzuto team that manages this building is really amazing.
When we moved from Europe 2 years ago, we knew no one in the city and the team went out of their way to make us feel at home immediately and to help us settle in, from working after hours to finish to our paperwork so we could move in within a day, to taking phone calls for us as we did not have US cellphones yet in our first days.

Great location: Public garden and the swan boats. The MIT boat club is near the Charles River. You can rent ice skates at the Frog Pond to go ice skating, also. I-93. South Station Amtrak. It was a really nice and pleasant experience, like living in a hotel, with a great location in Downtown Boston, near to public transportation, with beautiful views of the city if you get an apartment facing Kneeland street, never got tired of looking through the windows 😍(as you can see in the picture below), highly recommended. They are consistently friendly and really make an effort to make sure your living experience is great.The maintenance team/manager is very quick to respond to service requests. Packages are kept in secure room and retrieved upon request by concierge (unlike other luxury buildings that leaves boxes out for resident to claim).

I lived at One Greenway for a while in 2017 before relocating for work. I have to say that the steep price tag on these apartments doesn't match the experience of living here.
The building itself is relatively nice, it's new & modern, and has some good amenities like 24/7 concierge, on-site gym, bulk wash/dryer laundry room, and nice common areas to work and study in. Also, building maintenance seems to be attentive. For me it stopped there.

1. All of these positive reviews are suddenly popping up at the exact same time that management is raffling off red sox tickets. Part of entering the raffle? Post a review and leave your name at the front desk with the site you left the review on. Super shady, too, that management only seems to respond to those 5 star reviews.
2. A huge pro that I completely left out in my last review is the concierge staff and maintenance staff. They are all incredibly nice and accommodating. Also, just like any professionally

We have lived in two bozzuto communities in the Boston area. The reason why we chose to stay with the bozzuto community is because they are responsive and professional.
One Greenway is a fantastic building. The gym equipments are great, the apartments are spacious for being in the city, and the location is just awesome. We are also facing a very nice view so that's a perk. Many people seem to have issues with the safety of this neighborhood. I agree that it can *seem* sketchy at times, but I have walked alone as a female and it has been fine. I think you just have to be smart (like in any

The concept of dynamic pricing here means that if you don't sign your contract within 24 hours of viewing the apartment you want, the price can and WILL go up. They are ridiculous to deal with, walking away from over $30,000 in annual rent for a $1,000 surcharge I refused to pay by missing their randomly imposed deadline by hours.
They don't value people, they do this for the pretentious facade of luxury living driving up prices by fake demand metrics. It's like those clubs that make you stand in line outside to pay a cover and make it seem like it's the hottest place in town

Our experiences at One Greenway have been extremely positive so far. Our move in day went very well. Staff & management were very helpful w organizing the move-in process (thank u Torrey) and arranging the service elevator for our moving Co.
Honestly, we did not have too many issues that needed tending to in the apt ,however, Bobby & John are always on site if something should come up.

I've been living here for a while now. This place is a huge disappointment. When you first tour the building they tell you it's awesome and there are no problems with it, etc.
There a few good points: the building is brand new so the quality of the apartments (finishing, floor , carpet etc) is very good. The concierge people are very friendly.
BUT NOISE IS A VERY HUGE PROBLEM. There are constructions in the building all day. Very loud noises. Not only that, after midnight there are a loud road repair works too. That's a nightmare, it literally wakes you up every night . EVERY NIGHT
