This is the worst complex ever and I'm a current resident. I've been living here for 4yrs and it just keeps getting worst. This complex has raise my rent by at least $400 to $500 since I moved here along with the highest turn of residence and office staff. This property has been sold over 3times already since I've been living here and there not even modern units. They Band-Aid everything that needs to be fixed & gouge you for every penny that they possibly can. I heard that there going to be raising are rent again due to the changing of the new property management.

My car was broken into and so was a neighbor's (and possibly more that I don't know about). Per management, these break-ins are not able to be reported to the community. As a resident, this makes me feel unsafe as I would want to know everything that is going on- both good and bad- so I can be more aware.

We have lived here almost 1 year and couldn't be more pleased with the current management. The ladies in the leasing office are always pleasant and accommodating and go the extra mile to help. The maintenance guys are knowledgeable and answer calls in a timely matter. They're always willing to help you even outside the apartment. I would definitely recommend the community.

I moved into Ely not to long ago. I had a few work orders to have maintenance take care of. As soon as I submitted the work orders through the Elysian app. maintenance arrived within 20 minutes. They handled all my issues so quickly.
The property is very clean and quiet. I recommend moving to this location just because the staff is so on top of everything!

I live here now and I really like it. Im not sure how it was with the previous managers but I really like the apartment itself and the grounds. The management is nice enough and they respond quickly to the messages I have sent. I would recommend this place to anyone. I also like all of the community events they have. Its sweet the things they put together for us.

I love living here. The grounds are beautiful and its peaceful. The office staff Cheyenne and Savanah are very nice and always willing to help. The maintenance team are amazing. They come it seems as soon as you send request in. They always have social gatherings prior to pandemic but even now they partner with local restaurants and provide delicious meals and goodies to the residents which is awesome because alot of people have no food. Moved here a couple months now , and I must say I am loving it. Not only are the staff professional (Susie and Vanessa) , but also knowledgeable and friendly . The complex is kept clean and all problems are answered and dealt with in a timely manner . The amenities are great and the prices are satisfactory . I especially love the art that is showcase on the facade of the rental office , hence not making The appearance bland but fun and welcoming .

Update: This is supposed to be my last month living here and the leasing office is trying to tell me that I am legally obligated to pay rent for another 60 days when I have given my notice to leave 30 days ago. Both the corporate management and management of this location have absolutely zero respect for its clients. Where to begin with Ely. If I could Give this place a zero stars I definitely would be. When it was Hampton Gardens it was a great place to live but since new management took over it went down hill pretty fast. Staff never answers the phone unless it's the 1st of the month and they want your money. Maintenance requests take a week to fullfil. Management at the office (Susie and everyone in their) is full of empty promises and don't do anything about noisy neighbors that will party all night and wake your kid up for months. My husband and I lived there for a year and a half, when it was still the old property manager, Picerne. Santos was wonderful and really cared for the place. Once new management took over, it was chaotic and unwelcoming. There were so many different staff that switched out and I never knew any of their names. Like others said, they slapped on an "amenity fee"for things we always had, and then started renovating things such that we couldn't even use the "amenities" anyway. Im just laughing at the good review of the management of this complex. The unit is very nice but when you decide to put a wooden floor on the second floor and your unit is not sound proof that is horrible. Specially when your upstairs neighbor have 3 kids and dogs. We have complain and complain and management has not done anything. I went to pay rent manager could not even look me in the eye and cant even asked to see how we doin now. I came to the office and she would not even look at me. It sucks that we barely stay in our place cuz we could not stand all the running upstairs not taht we dont

Suzi the office manager is wonderful ! Every time I enter the office I always felt welcomed ! I'm moving to be closer to my kids and I needed to stay a few days longer. Suzi made it all happen for me so that I wasn't stressed about a place to stay a few nights ! Every maintenance request I had was always handled quickly as well ! I love Ely Spring Valley! I actually was the first tenant in their renovated apartment and it's beautiful ! Very spacious, new clubhouse, pool, weight room. Suzi also took over during a transition and is doing a fabulous job ! Suzi is very patient and professional

Since last year, they have improved 200% . With the beautiful upgrades of resort style clubhouse gym pool to improved communication, I was happy to extend my lease. The only reason would not give 5 stars is that we are obligated to pay for premium cable as part of rent as well as the fact that the security fencing is not complete and any strangers can just walk in.

This is probably by far my favorite complex that can potentially meet my price range and in a very convenient area. Lauren and Susie's customer service is amazing and very inviting to rent. I have not decided to rent here yet but, just thought I should stop to leave a review and say I'm impressed and also, that the review I see below are the opposite of what I felt with the girls in the office. The property it's self looks good, although there is construction but, I'm sure the office is going to look gorgeous. Ely Spring Valley is on my top 3 choices to rent.

I used to love this place when it was Hampton Garden and run by Picerne it was such a family feel, but now that it's Ely by Elysian it's absolutely horrible! It's nothing but a greedy, heartless corporation. I woke up to construction workers on my balcony at 8AM (Saturday morning), and handling my balcony items without my consent. Ely is the worst complex I have ever lived. They are trying to force there tenants to get cable and adding an extra 180.00 charge to our rent for it, without our consent. Can't reach management, had problems getting our mail,renting out apartments not ready, trying to force out old tenants, using chemicals hazardous to pets,humans,children in the dog park,broken gate hasn't been fixed in weeks,charging extra for amenities that we can't use due to remodeling the complex. The new management are criminals. They are forcing a $90.00 fee for "tv/cable" with out any warning of the new changes nor having the tenants sign off on the new changes. My neighbors and I are livid about this and management is in hiding because of it. Shame on Elysian, what they are doing is not "extraordinary " but crooked.

I've lived here for about three months, and so far I have no complaints. The layouts are quite nice, and while the interiors might seem a little dated the apartments are still quite nice.
All the staff has been very helpful and have really tried to make my renting experience as good as possible. Maintenance is easily scheduled and quickly performed. The amenities are fantastic, including both an indoor and an outdoor pool and hot tub.
I did a lot of apartment research and viewing before choosing this apartment, and I haven't regretted my decision in the slightest.
