Great place to live. Very clean. Grounds keepers are out a couple times a week.
Maintenance is in and out, does not leave a mess and doesn't take days to come in to see whats up.
Office girls are great too. Sorry ladies but I can't remember your names.
Pool in never crowded with kids .
Wonderful place to live. I would still live there if I did not move into a house.

We've called Grandview Place home for a few years now and love it. The staff has always gone out of their way to make sure we're happy here. Everything from bringing in packages to repairing our floor while we were traveling. Any issues reported (leaks to lights) are fixed immediately. The appliances and materials used to construct the apartments are high quality, the owners clearly wanted to create a quality place to live to retain tenants for the long term. There is a lot of changes they could make to better their communication and management style to best suite their clientele. Overall they are pretty good. There have been some issues with some management and they way we were treated; however, the apartments are beautiful and so worth it for the price and all the amenities they offer. With the pool, gym and common area it’s so nice to live here. I just with they would do some changes with their management to make the living even better.

The apartments themselves were nice and well kept. Parking is very scarce. The maintenance guy for some reason always parked his truck right in front of our building at the end of each day taking up one of the few parking spots we had. If I got home early and parked in the spot I liked, he would crowd me so close I couldn't get in the passenger side of my truck. After living here for 4 years I lost my job and had to move out of town suddenly to find a new job. They changed me an additional month's rent, $1080, because I didn't provide enough notice. I lost my job, it's not liked I planned it. They

I had a tour with Jackie she was great and took the time to answer all my questions. I guess the only frustrating thing is they are full and its hard to get in. Bad for me but great for them. Seems people like it there and I will be trying to get in. Was told to check in the 1st through 10 of each month that's when people have the chance to turn in their notices to vacate if they decide to leave. Beautiful property and units.Great prices and square footage is the largest offered that I have seen.

I was the first tenant in my unit and had to leave due to work issues. I loved living there. The units are nice, the pool is great in the summer, the hot tub all year round, and the workout center are all great. The office staff are great and responsive. I'll will be going back at first opportunity.
