Picky about what can be and not be on front porch. Can't display a USA flag through window cause it may offend other people. I mean this is the USA and this is coming from a veteran. Too strict on policies, look elsewhere people. Don't bother with this place, plumbing sucks so have to call for maintenance all the time, over priced, just in general… look elsewhere people. Trust me you will find something way better. Maybe somewhere where you don't have to run random crackheads off without calling the cops or crazies or stroll the complex and then you have to contact law enforcement. Just

Hillstone on the parkway Apartment collegestation texas. we would not recommend to stay in this apartment because of following reasons.
1) Supervisor/Leasing office person will not be available and will be closed most of time.
2) Fixing the problem in the apartment will take long time .
3) room temperatue will not work atleast twice a month and in summer it will be too difficult to stay.
4) Supervisor not at all responsible and u will never get any support.
5) before signing the lease they will give false promoise but after u come you will not get what they have said at the time of signing
