No one is EVER available to take calls. I’m not even sure if we currently have a property manager or management team. Since I’ve been here, there was a hit & run involving my truck & a theft on my new vehicle, which is costing me so much unnecessary money. If you’re considering this place, look elsewhere. ANYWHERE ELSE.

I just moved in this month, I love the black appliances and the overall apartment is perfect since its just me. However, recently the this complex has switched workers and maintenance all within a few months of me being here. Office staff are hard to contact and I already regret making a decision to live here. Another unfortunate thing is the water does not stay hot long enough for you to take a decent bath and the plumbing easily gets backed up.

I had a wonderful experience getting an apartment here it was quick and easy. Ms. Kiana and Ms. Cassie made sure I was well taking care of they made me feel very welcome and at home already. I lived at these apartment since November of 2017. I attended almost all the events they had and enjoyed my time there until trying to move out, this year in April of 2019. Getting in the apartments was fairly easy. Kaylin the leasing at the time was awesome and always available when you needed her, whether it being over the phone or in person. The maintenance man is even better, by far the best I have seen since I moved out here. They should make him the boss because whenever you have concerns or needs he meets all of them. My 12 month lease agreement was met and I was living month to month on

Very nice. Newly renovated apartments, quiet setting. Apartments are very spacious with wooded cabinets with stainless steel appliances. Comes with washer and dryer, which is very convenient for me ,carpet throughout. Nice back yard patio for barbecuing, patio furniture, and family engagements. Maintenance staff comes in a timely manner, always within 24 hours prior to order being put in, or same day depending on the emergency of the situation. No pest problems. Management is awesome, always there when needed, and often does engagements to try to bring tenants together for a night of fun. I highly
