Laura ran a class at my building in Riverdale. We were outside in great Fall weather under a clear blue sky. It started on time and was run professionally. She uses body weight training so nothing was needed except my own weight. Trust me, lifting that is enough. I was the only man in the class but felt that I got proper attention and did not feel awkward.
Be warned, the results are tied directly to the effort you put in. Laura pushes without shame. I couldn't do the proper technique on all the exercises and she corrected me without making an issue out of it.
