Amazing atmosphere, clean, awesome ppl working inside office and outside maintenance. Spacious apartments. I love the environment for my son. This place is always taking care of everything at a timely manner. The Manager especially is always helpful and considerate. The complex and apartment is really nice. I really enjoy the amenities that comes along with the place. The office staff Necole, Taejh and Tiffany are really nice and knowledgeable about the complex and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend Belle Haven

Belle Haven has really been a great home to me so far! The woman up front are always so welcoming and willing to help/answer any of my questions! I have loved living here and all of the amenities are super nice! The maintenance team is super efficient and is always willing to help as well. This is definitely one of favorite places to call home!

We move in Monday- but I want to talk about the process. As a person with a disability, sometimes accommodations are difficult to receive but Taejh was wonderful. All of my accommodations were approved and put into place immediately. She went out of her way to show me a unit when she did NOT have to do so last minute. We were kicked out with a few weeks notice due to landlord selling the property, so it has been a very emotional, stressful process. Taejh made it better. I have been living in this community for almost 2.5 years. I’ve had a great experience living here. The management is amazing. Taejh, the assistant manager is a pleasure to work with. She never fails to do a great job & complete all my request in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this neighborhood to anyone who is looking for a reasonable & quite place to live in Charlotte.

It’s said that management can really make or break your experience. Working with Taejh is an absolute pleasure. She makes your experience one of a kind. She’s patient, kind, understanding and generous. She gives it to your straight and works with you when your world seems to be crashing. I love my home and I give my experience an A plus for having people like her in the leasing office. I can only imagine the requests and questions she gets in her role. But Taejh knows how to talk to you respectfully no matter what. Awesome job! Incredible lady! She deserves a seat at many tables!

Since moving here over a year ago, I have had nothing but a pleasant experience here at Belle Haven, and this is a reflection of the great staff they have on deck. Taejh has been accommodating and amazing since the first day I've met her and any issues I've had (which weren't many at all) she addressed them and found the best solution. I have lived here for almost a year.Everyone in the rental office has been great to me. Taejh the Manager has always been so welcoming and polite. Anytime I have needed anything, he is the person to call.Brenda has been great too! Also they have great activities and events at the club house with all residents invited. That’s cool. Don’t plan on moving anytime soon, love, love my apartment too! Great place to live.

Great experience with the office staff my concerns are always addressed. Very friendly and have made my living experience here very positive! Management ensures they can accommodate you to the best of their ability. Also the maintenance staff are a great part of the community as well. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS CRAP HOLE!! Lots of party's through out the night , I had a naked white girl run into my apartment at 2 am in the morning , completely drunk , dog crap is always on the side walk and grass . Management sucks !! Never handle any of my concerns ! YOU BEEN WARNED !!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for an updated apartment (hardwood floor aesthetic, stainless steel appliances) with multiple bedrooms and the property amenities (pool, dog park) relatively close to the city. This property fulfilled all of that and was within our budget. However, the best part of this property is by far the leasing staff. Mike and Kerri have taken great care of us since day one. There hasn't been anything that we've brought to them that they weren't willing to go above and beyond to assist with.

Visitor parking is very poor along with the parking in general in the apartment complex. They tow very easily and the property managers are not friendly. I would not live here again.

If anyone is considering Belle Haven apartments please think twice. They regularly lose documents they claim are delivered, there is never any parking and constant tows, so if you're looking at having people over warn them ahead of time. The office staff is ill qualified under manager Chrissy Elder. I was absolutely disappointed in how they pulled a fast one on multiple residents where they claim to have sent notices rent was going up but never did conveniently right as 60 days until your lease expires (you have to give 60 days notice). All in all the maintenance team is great, Sully is one

Belle Haven apartments are new, big, and really nice, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The units are really pretty. I loved living here, it was always quiet and well maintained, I was on the third floor and never heard my neighbors. Additionally, the office staff were always pleasant and willing to help me. Chrissy, Mike, and Michelle were seriously great, and I really liked living here!

In a nut shell.

Pros:
- brand new stainless steel appliances
- beautiful kitchen cabinet and granite countertops
- no littering around the complex, maintained very well by maintenance.
- trash valet, though they can leave stinky liquids in your hallway sometimes.

Cons:
- management will not address the several car and apartment break ins, they refuse to put up cameras. The apartment complex literally next to Belle Haven is known for having a lot of crime and their tenants easily walk over into Belle Haven.
- no where to park after 8pm. When there is available parking I still see people park

These apartments may look nice, but that's just about all there is to them. Have been here for a little over three months after relocating to the area and didn't know any better. The apartments are extremely noisy. You can hear every move that your neighbors make. When they open their cabinets, flush their toilets and close their front doors. Also, don't think for a second that your apartment will be safe from the train noise coming from across the street. You will hear it coming, you will hear the horn and you will feel the walls of your apartment shake. The worst part by far though

Have lived here over a month and really like it. The apartments are new, spacious and the common areas and grounds are well maintained. The pool is great on hot days and there are organized events so that you can meet and talk to your neighbors. I love the granite countertops in kitchen and bath...modern lighting fixtures and crown molding in some areas add a nice touch.
