Although I have not ever lived at this community, I have several friends and family members that have. My best friend who lives there recently experienced some tragic difficulties personally and the management at Green Leaf was incredible! They stepped up to help immediately, showed such compassion and professionalism, and went above and beyond as a team to help us navigate the challenges and most importantly showed such humanity and kindness to ease those challenges. I had a great experience speaking with Miette, the manager about possibly moving into an apartment at Green Leaf. Highly recommended for any apartment seekers. I had many questions and Miette responded efficiently and timely. She sold me on the apartment home but unfortunately none were available. I'll be submitting a waitlist application as soon as possible. Amazing staff and Beautiful grounds plus pool!

Green Leaf Apartment is a nice place to live. The apartment was clean and very spacious. I especially enjoyed the upstairs balcony, which had a pretty view of trees, green grass, and flowers. Whenever I had issues with maintenance, they quickly dealt with it in a professional manner. The crew are hard-working, friendly, and respectful people. The management at Green Leaf has been fantastic since Miette has been there. • Affordable rent for Tucson
• The area is pleasant and overall seems safe. You’re also within walking distance to a couple of grocery stores, a bowling alley, and a few restaurants and fast food places.
• The grounds are well maintained.
• The maintenance team, Daniel and Bob, are timely, friendly, and professional. Any work orders I’ve submitted have usually been handled within 24 hours.
• The complex offers good mountain views.
• The office staff is always friendly and professional.
Cons:
• The walls are very thin so be prepared to hear your neighbor’s conversations

I’ve lived in green leaf for 2 years now and every summer our ac has barely worked, we have placed work orders in and they either come and “fix” it and it makes no difference or they never come at all. This year our ac has been broken due to power outage, they say they have been working on it but it has been 90+ in my apartment with 5 fans running. This is unlivable during the summer, people have kids and animals that have to suffer.

We were first amazed by the place that we were originally going to move in to, but our apartment had roaches, dead and alive, in them on the move in date. Other things such as a hole in the wall made us realize our apartment wasn’t ready. We were faced with an option: leave and break our lease, or move into an updated apartment but pay more. Roaches, fighting neighbors, rude staff. Charged me 360$ a year after I moved out, claiming I did not put in a notice soon enough. This was all during the Covid-19 pandemic, and I was broke on unemployment. The lease itself clearly states the intended duration of stay; this place is out to get any money they can out of you.

My son and I moved into Greenleaf mid April. We feel as if we moved into a resort. The grounds are beautifully maintained by Daniel and Bob with a very conscientious management team. The manager Miete is very open to new ideas and suggestions to make the complex more of a community of homes than just an apartment complex. It is such a friendly place. Whether it's walking to the laundry room or to the parking lot we're met with people that always say good morning or hello. I feel very blessed to have found this place that is so close to so many amenities you can walk to almost everywhere. Our apartment
