We lived here for two years and were so sad to go! Jalessa was amazing to us and treated us like family. Anytime we needed anything she was so helpful and always responded immediately. We brought our son home from the hospital when he was born to this being his first home and she always checked in on us. The maintenance team is always so efficient and very helpful! We never had any problems at all with this place. If we ever moved back to Wilmington I would 100% come back here!

When I first moved in I was so happy. The operative word is WAS. The location of my apartment is great. It was quiet and I felt comfortable. After approximately 10 months, my upstairs neighbor moved out and a young family of 3 (in a 1 bedroom?!) moved in. The unbelievably loud noises started very shortly after that. As soon as the child's feet hit the floor, it starts. It goes on sometimes til beyond 10 pm. I tried going to their door to talk to them, and the woman yelled from inside but refused to answer the door. I phoned, emailed and went into the office, but only got lip service

I’ve lived here at willow glen for about a year and a half. Overall, it’s a pretty good place to live! The front desk is always helpful when I call for a concern, question or to get a package and maintenance is on top of fixing things as they arise. Overall, I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I have lived here going on 3 years! I really don't have anything negative to say! The staff really helped me out after I was displaced by Hurricane Florence! Helping me find a place as quickly as possible and they kept me informed! The area is very nice, and my neighbors are the best!!! I'm appreciative for the community events and being so close to everything in the area!

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it’s very nice. They helped me move from out of state- site unseen and I was not disappointed. I did have a minor leak in my bathroom sink about a month ago and they fixed it within an hour! Great service all around and very friendly staff. The neighbors are fine but I prefer to keep to myself so I haven’t branched out. I will say the people all seem friendly to each other and will chat in passing so if you want to get to know your neighbors then it’d be pretty easy to do here.

I have lived here and just renewed my lease. The amenities are great. We love the pool every summer. The staff and maintenance is very responsive! Love that it is gated as well. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood for residents, kids and pets!

Never had an issue living here almost 3yrs. Entire staff is super friendly n cooperative. I get lots of packages & they are great in securely holding it for me till I get to the office. The apartments are cozy n clean. The area is nice to take a good walk. Enjoy all the neighbors. School, Grocery store, is 10mins walking distance or 5 mins car. Its a great community & location to live. Comfort & Peace here.

I would advise nobody to move into these apartments, they are old with no sounds proofing between the floor joist. You can hear your above neighbors all day even the dogs running throughout the night waking you up. Spend the extra money in a newer apartment that has acoustic sounds proofing. It sucks not being able to sleep where you pay to live sucks............

1. Google Point South Apts which was the name of this place until last year, and read those reviews.
2. Moved out as soon as I could. My former neighbor there also hates, and is trying to find a new place. I rented there in a hurry, so took some things for granted. Appliances were a joke. The stove was horrible.. "New" kitchen countertops were so cheap. Run your hand over them. Cabinet space important to you? They do have a nice pool, but if you like to swim in the early morning before work, or if you like to take your toddlers swimming early when it's super hot in the summer
