We have had such a wonderful time living here! This is by far the best apartment I've lived in. Great location, beautiful water view, friendly and responsive staff, clean building - it checks all the boxes. Me and my husband have been living here since 2015 and we love it. The building is always well-kept, any needed repairs are done quickly, neatly, and well.

I had a great experience living here for the last 10 months! No complaints at all! The staff was always very helpful, willing to assist and pretty proactive in mitigating issues. The moble app was also great for open communication and documenting issues. And my neighbors were super nice and we never had issues.
If I move back to Washington, Thea's Landing is at the top of my list for places to live!

My husband and I rented at Thea’s Landing for 4 months in between the sale and purchase of a home. I can’t say enough good things about Thea’s.
The front office staff is amazing. All of the individuals I worked with were friendly, professional and hard working. A team member always got right back to me whenever I had a question. Special recognition goes to Brandie, who was just so great to work with and so warm.

I will forever treasure Thea's Landing. This incredible community has everything required to be an extremely rare and wonderful apartment community.
Let me be clear, I only moved because I fell in love and we combined households. I still look back on this place fondly and miss it dearly. The staff are all phenomenal.
I don't think I spent more than one full day without hearing a response, and often they surprised me by going the extra mile with a smile and without condition. As an Organizational Psychologist (who specializes in luxury travel), I want to commend the employees and their management

I’ve lived at Thea’s Landing for three and a half years now and can say that I absolutely love it here. Open floor plans, stainless steel appliances, maintenance on site daily, leasing staff on site daily, dry cleaning pick up, package lockers, gym, cardio room, dry sauna, and BBQ grills are only some of the amenities here.

There are a lot of really great things I could say about living here. Hands-down, this has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. From the friendly staff to the amenities this place blows every other apartment I've lived in out of the water. This building has the biggest bedrooms you will find in an any apartment.
The location will be something I will miss. Right off 705 to I-5, right downtown, there are awesome resturants and bars within walking distance. By my last count there were five museums and SEVEN breweries in the neighborhood!!

Thinking about living here? First, forget everything you've come to know about the underwhelming experience of apartment living; Thea's Landing is truly a game-changer. Erika and her staff are remarkable. The apartments are beautifully updated, the grounds are well manicured, common areas are spacious and clean and residents are made to feel like family. No easy accomplishment in a complex of this size. Seriously, a staff that is happy, competent, welcoming and always ready with a solution. I have had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were addressed immediately; I mean instantly. The building

Thea's Landing was by far the best apartment we have EVER lived in. All the staff from the leasing office to maintenance works very hard and is very attentive with the residents. They take great pride and detail in making Thea's feel like a home. Great amenities and fun monthly resident events really makes this place a gem. The building is in a great location in Tacoma, very walkable to many places. The only reason we left was because we purchased a home. But if I could buy a unit and Thea's and stay there permanently, I'd do it in a heartbeat!

This place has it all, great location, great management, great views and super convenient to bus/train/light rail transit. It also has great extras like a dog washing station, dry cleaning pick up and delivery and beautiful community room. Its really nice to live in an area that the rest of Tacoma comes to for special events and enjoying the outdoors!

Thea's Landing is a wonderful community for a number of reasons. The facilities are clean and functional, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they are used to working with service members. I had to terminate my lease early due to a deployment- and the management was very accommodating in what in other circumstances might have been a confrontational situation.
The other residents were quiet, respectful, and friendly. I think the attitude of the other residents was a direct reflection of the initial and ongoing respect and friendliness demonstrated by the management and staff.
