I moved out 1 June 2021. I have not received my deposit and it’s 6 months later. They never asked for a forwarding address, but assumed my work address was the place to send my deposit. My work place never received the check. They said they’d have to have cooperate recut and it takes 90 days. This was July 19th. It is now December 1st and I have nothing. I’ve spoken with Brad and Shantell. I’ve even gone into the office and still nothing. I did receive emails from Shantell stating she’d done and cooperate can deal with it.

When i first moved here 4 years ago this community was very impressive. It was quite peaceful and most importantly safe. Over the years management has changed and the service quality has gone down drastically.
In the last month 3 vehicles were stolen from this GATED apartment complex including mine. Sadly the leasing office office has no security system to monitor who is coming into the property so non if the vehicles were recovered.
Im very disappointed that the leasing office never sent its residents any form of communication letter to raise awareness about the current theft situation instead

Even though I'm giving them 3 stars, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place. The staff changes constantly (managers). The people in the office now are okay but nothing like the previous crew. People are constantly moving out so that should tell you something. The rent is outrageous for what you get. There are no community activities like at some apartments. Be prepared to hear your neighbors above you and below you. Yes, the walls are paper thin. My carpet is filthy and even when I have it cleaned, I don't see a difference so I just stopped getting it cleaned. I have these little bugs on my

The office staff is great I worked with Brad and Shantel. They found me the unit that would best meet my needs. I moved in the day before thanksgiving and they made sure everything was completed or in the process. I must say that I love it here. Speedy and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Lived here for a year and loved it. It was unfortunate they did not have the unit we needed when it was time for us to re-sign. We loved Mr. Louis and Mike! They were constantly around and kept the buildings and grounds immaculate at all times. Units could use a little upgrade... but besides that, everything was perfect and safe during our stay

I think that the assistant manager, Shantel was responsive when I was looking to lease my place. I have not had the same level of responsiveness from her to my emails about maintenance issues since moving into my unit, and that has been really disappointing. Particularly since she specifically requested I communicate with her via email instead of phone. I have emails that have gone unanswered for days and maintenance issues unresolved. I was also supposed to have a dryer and washer that I am leasing through the Ashby at Ross Bridge delivered when I moved in. I paid up front the prorated cost for
