Worst apartments ever! I've lived in multiple apartments and by far had the worst experience with this one. They have a contract with a towing company so if you don't have your sticker, you will be towed.
Even during signing the agreement, my boyfriend asked for an certain apartment because of the cost and Ashley (leasing agent) gave us a renovated apartment, same size for $300 more without even telling us, when we explained the situation to the manager, she was rude and short and basically said you already signed the contract so it's on you.

I waited over a year to write this to making sure I was out of these apartments to write my honest review about the management
and my experience of Redland apartments. Personally, living abroad for over 5 years and coming back to such a low standard quality especially in customer service as an American standard Redland management was a disgrace and dishonorable for my entire experience at The Redland.
I want to inform the potential future clients of Redland who plan on moving into these apartments; my experience with the management at The Redland. I do want to make this short as possible for

Started off ok, just not totally clean, had to have a cleaning crew come the next day after trying to move in. Response for maintenance is horrible because they have no maintenance staff on site which was tragic during snow storm when pipes burst. Lucky for me I had my faucets were set to drip on warm water all night. People are now out of there apartments bc they couldn't get there on time.
Other than then the bad, parking could be better. Tons of parking if ur willing to pay for a covered spot... and the required trash fee is ridiculous for them to pick it up 3 or 4 times a week, when

I honestly loved living at the Redland and had no complaints, until the sprinkler line broke in February during the winter storm. Then everything changed. It took over an hour for the maintenance staff to turn the water off in the building, floors were collapsing, and it was like a scene out of a movie.
My apartment took on water from the neighboring apartment. Maintenance did not even come out to my apartment until 2 days later when which they told me that they would bring a dehumidifier in to soak up the moisture in the walls… which we all know mold and mildew forms within 48 hours.. the mold

Ashley has been such a great help during the apartment search process. She answered every question I asked and was very patient with me. On my move-in date she even left a sweet gift on my counter and it really made me feel welcomed. Her and the office ladies have been super helpful. Ashley, I can’t thank you enough. The Redland is “Home” to us and we love everything about it. Thanks to Ashley and her staff for always checking in on us and for taking great care of us. Most places abandon the act of making you feel welcomed and being friendly after you sign your lease and the only contact you have with them is when rent’s due or when you have a maintenance issue. Not so with The Redland. Ashley has made it her personal mission to ensure we’re happy and being taken care of. Customer service like that is a rarity these days. I recently stopped by to take a look at these apartments. I was impressed with office staff especially Ms. Vanessa, who was very kind and patient showing me several different floor plans. The floor plans are spacious and have recently been upgraded. The best part is that is a pet friendly community and they have a doggie park. The move in process has been easy so far. This place has so far met my expectations and I would definitely recommend.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Staff is extremely rude after you sign the lease. Dog feces EVERYWHERE! Property is unkept.
If you want anything done they act like you are inconveniencing them. And if you let them know you do not appreciate their unprofessionalism the manager herself will personally chase you out to your car and berate you herself.
I will NOT be renewing my lease here. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

WARNING - DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The one star is for the office staff. They are fantastic and as helpful as they are able to be, but the good of this place comes to a screeching halt after that. I moved in at the beginning of October. The apartment was NOT ready by any means. Paint everywhere. Carpet newly installed and frayed at every wall. Had obviously never been vacuumed. Toilet ran nonstop. Drains did not drain. Garbage disposal did not - and STILL does not - work after supposedly having been repaired. Fire alarms go off at least once a week at all hours, despite having been replaced TWICE.

I received amazing customer service today by Ashley. She went above and beyond with helping me find the perfect apartment. She also made an effort to get to know me which was very nice. The apartments here are modern and spacious, for a great price. It's very peaceful and quiet, and there are a lot of trees. I look forward to potentially being a resident!

I just love The Redland Apartments!! This is my favorite place I've lived in a few years!! Very quiet, lots of activities, playgrounds, and beautiful apartments. I can see myself here for awhile. I also want to give special kudos to Jacque B, the leasing agent who helped my son get in here!! Thank you!!

We (husband and 2 kids) lived here and highly recommend it. We've lived in other apartments in SA and also rented a home. Don't bother looking at The Mansions (you WONT get your deposit back no matter how clean you leave The apartment). Thieves!!! Living here was a breath of fresh air. Nice staff, neighbors and we actually got our deposit back without having to debate why we should. Just got a check in the mail. I mean it guys......don't waste your time looking at other places. You'll regret it I promise!
