I just want to thank you all especially the office (team mission) is what I call them lol im going on my second year here and it's been great so far. the maintenance was awesome even with emergency calls i was 20 min away from home I was expecting to see them there to fix an issue but by then it was done. thank you all ✌

We have only lived there for a short time but already have been extremely impressed with the level of service, flexibility and helpfulness of the office staff, and quickness of the maintence team. Although we only have had one minor issue, they were there to resolve it the same day and left notes to ensure their dedication to their work. Cynthia and Cindy in the office have been wonderful to work with and have answered all questions (no matter how small) with grace and patience!

So almost a month since I moved in and things are much improved. The bug issue will take a few rounds of treatment to get back under control and I’m fine with that. They are being very responsive to work orders, so all in all I’m happy with the progress. Cindi is truly a wonderful person and would suggest if you are going to deal with anyone goto her and the maintenance guy.
