I had difficulties in the beginning but after 2 months Ive begun to see that the staff and maintenance crew are quick to resolve issues, and I think that really trumps any negatives. They also stay on top of grounds keeping which I appreciate.

We moved In last week and it's been really great. It is not noisy and other than the ants on my counter and the lady outside pouring her grease on the ground it's a nice place to live.

My washer and dryer unit I am renting from the complex has yet to be hooked up despite all good intentions from the office. I still have a washer cable on my kitchen floor and blinking lights on the washer since July 6th, 2021.
Update: Immediate response and resolution to the situation with complete professional conduct.

Canyon Ridge, operated by Highmark Residential, is known for their unethical treatment of tenants within their lower quality housing products. You will be sent a bill upon move out and then will receive a settlement notice immediately afterwards. This is because selling assumed debt is an integral part of their business model; i.e. their billing structure is intentionally misleading and ambiguous so that victims are coerced into “settling” a debt they are not liable for. Newly remodeled on the inside! Beautiful stainless steel appliances. Whenever I have an issue, maintenance is always so quick and helpful. The office is quick and always gets the job done. There is a pool, tennis court, and a workout room. The price for having a pet is a bit expensive and some of the buildings outside could use some touch ups. This is a great place to live with friendly people who live there! Everyone has pets and says hello to you! I love living here.

Great move in experience. I am a Property Manager myself and the attentive staff especially Magy was refreshing and professional. My Make ready of the apartment was top notch. Grounds are very clean, even after a weekend and pretty quiet.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Save yourself the headache and pick a different complex. I've lived here for 3 years while saving to buy a house and while I've never been too satisfied, since the beginning of the year this place has plummeted in all aspects. Management and maintenance has changed yet again and not for the better. Dont bother complaining about issues you have with your neighbors i.e, them smoking pot in their apartments and you come home and get a contact high, grown men with their pants around their ankles peeing in the trees... in broad daylight, people smoking

Hi there! My husband and I lived here from December 2013 to February 2017. We regretted our decision almost immediately but stuck it out while we were newlyweds and trying to join two households. The office staff changed pretty often for a while and none of them were exactly friendly. If you have to talk to the office, talk with Angela. She is kind and helpful. My husbands car had a dent in the side, he still drove it everyday but it was tagged and we were told it was an eyesore when they give property tours and he needed to back it in so others couldn't see it. Never mind the pot holes, giant
