I have lived at Pebblebrook for nine years and am generally very satisfied. One thing that Stands out for me is the promptness of maintenance to take care of anything that goes awry. The office staff has always been very helpful and kind to me as a senior resident & I appreciate it so much. So yesterday (03/31/21) was mine and my bfs last day living at Pebble Brook Apartments.
Our doors are now open for in-person & self-guided tours, whether you walk-in or make an appointment. Additionally, virtual tours are still available online for your convenience. Love where you live! Spent $100 on an application for me and my elderly father that I take care of, I have solid rental history for the past few years and a solid job and make more than enough to cover rent. They denied my application in less than 24 hours based on passed credit with no way to work with me or even discuss ways become a tenant but make no mistake they kept that application fee no refunds don't waste your time with these unprofessional crooks

Picture this, it's 2021, your apartment's foundation shifts at no fault of your own and now it is suddenly unlivable. Due to legalese in your contract, your landlord tells you that you and your 2 year old daughter have 3 days to get out and be homeless for all they care. Oh, and they are keeping your rent AND your security deposit. Sure it isn't "illegal", but WOW is it UNETHICAL. Do not live here. Do not support these calloused business practices.

I've paid my rent on time every month for years and every month I hate it. They respond to emails (sometimes) and can get most issues fixed. Which is good, because you can expect issues here.
they limit how many times you can register a visitor so if you're dating someone who likes to come over, look elsewhere.
They hit me with a bait and switch when I signed up for an apartment. Showing me a renovated apartment which was larger in space and nicer all-around to put me in one that hadn't been touched.
All in all, they handle their service requests and will load a laundry card for you. But don

It is bittersweet leaving this community that has been so good to me for the past couple of years. My family is growing, that is the only reason I am saying goodbye to Pebblebrook. Kelly has been nothing short of awesome since day one. Thank you for helping us in every way you could, Kelly, we really appreciate everything you've done for us!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this community. Heather has welcomed my family and I with such professionalism. Every time we reach out to the office she is the exact same every time. Welcoming, kind and it make you feel at home!. I love my apartment and the area. It is so quiet.
I have to say... Since my last review, I've noticed a drastic change here. I've been told the Miss Heather is no longer here and the service here is now become horrible. I'm not sure her name Kellie I think. Blonde lady is flat out disrespectful. I cannot believe that she is even working in customer service

I recently moved from Pebblebrook Apartments, not because I had any issues with the complex or company, I just needed more space. But my time here was made pleasant, thanks to Trish, the Property Manager. She assisted me with all my needs and made it easy to live here. She showed compassion and made me feel as though she cared and wanted to be of assistance. I never felt like I was “bothering” her when I came to her and she was always professional. Trish is an awesome Property Manager!
