Just moved in a few weeks ago. The complex is nice but the attention to detail from management is baffling especially considering what we're paying for out unit. First off, when we moved in our unit wasn't clean and there was so many small issues that required maintenance to come in the next day. Our floors were left filthy and there was shards of broken glass in our kitchen which I ended up stepping on barefoot. There was old screwdrivers left in our unit from maintenance. Our garage is full of filthy black handprints all over the walls. Our patio had trash on it. We told maintenance

Christina is the rudest consultant I’ve ever dealt with I’ve lived in Empire lakes right up the street and never had to deal with a lady like her I would think since your in the boarder line of rancho and Ontario staff would be more professional. Every time I call she is just rude the communication with her and other staff there are horrible at communicating nothing adds up one says one thing and the other says another witch gets me so frustrated. No wonder this community is 2 1/2 rating cuz now I can see their so unprofessional.

Too bad I had to give this place 1 star, they deserve a negative rating. This place is racist!! There has been a car without tags for over 6 months and they won't tow it away and it has never been moved, however, they ask a black tenant to move his motorcycle. There have been several complaints about this car parked without tags, but the front office seems to ignore the whole situation. The front office is very rude and they do not care about "certain" tenants. Also, the rules don't apply to management, the rules state no bbq grills, but the manager seems to be immune from following

Stay as far away from these apartments as you can. Parking is a nightmare, I'm a nurse works 12hr shift and I would come home and have to drive around for 30 to 45 minutes to find a spot, usually at the other side of the community. Parts of our car where stolen because of this. Management takes no responsibility at all. No cameras, no security. Anyone can come in if they wait for a car who opens the gate. Maintenance staff is great. Very nice professional, friendly and very helpful. The Maintenance manager however, is rude, condescending, and will avoid fixing things and charging you for as much

I wish i could give no stars..this place is horrible! The apartments need to be updated. The maintenance staff is very nice, but the maintenance manager is ridiculous. He is rude condescending and a lier. They try to get every last dollar from you so becareful. Parking is horrendous, I'm a nurse and during the pandemic I was working 12 hour shifts and I had to come home to looking for Parking for 45mins to park 2 blocks away. This is an every day thing. I was told my newborn daughter couldn't swim at the pool, that I made reservations for, under covid restrictions, because she wasn't on the lease!!! I am her MOTHER! My god damn name is on the lease. This is based solely off of customer service. It's really hard to get anyone on the phone or book an appt. I get we're in the middle of a pandemic, but I've gotten in touch with other places. I also didnt appreciate that I had an appt to see an apt and got a call 30 mins before my appt time just to be told they rented it out the night before. Happy I found another place because I hear this place is super ghetto.

First off we moved in last year, and i say terrible terrible terrible place to live please believe me please i am begging you DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I go do laundry by the office and a weird crack head lady that lives in front of the laundry followed me with her crack pipe i had to run to the office until the manager came out and scared her away. Mind you she still lives here! Second i live next to a guy and he has parties every weekend loud music its next to my bedroom and he brings random men. Do not ever stay here, trust me !!! The management is absolutely hopeless, they are super rude. I stayed here for two years and i faced tons of issues. Only reason I did not leave sooner was due to cheaper rent.
My house was always crawling of spiders and roaches despite of keeping a clean unit.
The neighbors are annoying, the tenant above me stayed up all night and i could hear everything that they would say. One day he was arrested by almost 15 cops surrounding my unit with chopper overhead. Also someone stole my car tires. Homeless people are always wandering around.

1) My car was towed with no reason from my personal parking spot.
2)My second car 2015 Sonata was stolen twice in one month even if it was parked in the front of the apartment.
3) One day we had to leave the apartment for one week because they had to search for chemicals in our building.
4) Tennis court is always dirty.
5) Swimming pool is always dirty.
6) You don’t have access to the club hose because thy look is at 6pm

I am a resident at Park Centre Apartment homes in Ontario, CA for over 3 years now.
I have been complaining about the behavior of my recently moved in neighbor for the last few months to the Park Centre property management...but no actions have been taken till date.
I have security cam footages of him throwing water at my window, etc. for reference.
There are many more security footages that I can share causing disturbances even in the late night/early mornings. This has been happening ever since he moved in.
I cannot be calling 911 on a daily basis - this is totally unacceptable.

I've been living here for two years now and it's always the same bs when I call the front to complain about so many different things and instead of being professional and helping resolve the problem they instead try to make me feel stupid. It never fails! Recently they left a note on my door stating that I owed them $500. They said that I was short on rent. The following day I called to complain, they said they found the money and they had put it towards someone else's rent!! There's a huge spider/roach problem! Staff is friendly. They need better resources for staff and more staff is needed. Apartments are always dirty. Rooms are out of date. Rent is way too high. Living in this area is HIGH CRIME. Do not lie to yourself as we have that location is key. There are other apartments with cheaper rent closer to everything. Not a family living community whatsoever.

This place is amazing... the maintenance and office staff are amazing... I have currently lived here for 4 years and am now looking into transferring to the upgraded units which are gorgeous... brand new appliances, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and faucets with recessed lightingin kitchen... top notch education with the elementary school across the street which my daughter attends plus a park to play at if you have a family... everyone's experience will be different but from mine its 5 star... neighbors are great and respectful.. just a great community to live in

For anyone looking into moving here, I highly do NOT reccomend it. The office workers are nice and friendly but management is terrible. Very sketchy area, everyday in the middle of the night you can hear someone cursing and screaming. Came into the office one time and heard the apartment manager screaming his lungs out at one of the workers.

Worst Experience Ever. First time renter and this complex looked nice on the tour till they gave us an apartment that looked nothing like they showed us. Management is rude and petty. Always have attitudes and can never help with the parking situation instead with just rather tow your car. Kassandra and Jordan by far so unprofessional. Current resident and can't wait till my lease over and leave this dump in the past.

Well; I was surprised to come home to a cockroach/water bug in my bathroom, and everyday after that they started showing up in my tub and even in my kitchen sink! My fiancé and I had to put something heavy like a s ceramic cup and bowl over the drains because the bugs would push through the netted drain covers we originally purchased in hopes to stop the bugs from getting into

Just moved out of here after living here for 1 year. Generally do not have any complaints. When our AC went out they fixed it the day after but the same day they provided us with a window unit to make it through the day. We never had problems with management and moving out was an easy process. As far as the unit goes, no complaints either. We got half our deposit back in the end, the majority of what was taken was to replace the carpet, cleaning and repainting...
Only cons is parking can be hard to find but you'll find one (you'll just have to walk), it seems that a lot of the other

I'm writing this review after being so disappointed. It is my fourth year in this apartment complex that means I always feel it's my home and my baby grows up in it and we both love it but unfortunately,I think we don't feel happy with it anymore.the new management is not friendly or even professionally at all.They are dealing in a very rude way which is not acceptable at all .Everytime I ask for something they give me a wrong answer and when I ask another one in the office she says who told you that?!!! they made me totally confused and angry.they even gave me very hard time to transfer to a bigger

I've really enjoyed my 9-month stay at Park Centre. There's 3 pool and jacuzzi areas that are seriously underused, which is all fine for me! We were the only ones there most of the time.
The staff were very helpful with maintenance and any questions.
The places are clean, in a great location (off the 10 and 15 and near the Ontario airport), and it was safe too.

Disappointed - we have had 2 cars stolen and all the wheels off new Silverados. When I asked what the complex was doing about security, I was given a song and dance, but the end result was they were not doing anything. They have no cameras on the gates, so people come and go as they please. Not a true gated community. You pay a collective water bill and the complex makes it expensive. They run the sprinklers everyday, even in the rain. We have to pay gas on our own water heater, but pay for more than the water we use. A 1 bedroom with 1 occupant is usually about $47. Don't be fooled by the model

I am a current resident here at PC... I'm very disappointed in the fact that there are spiders in my apartment. CONTINUOUSLY. I've been here since December, it's August, and I'm so desperate to leave I could cry. My neighbors aren't horrible, but loud at times. Typical apartment living.
However, the way the grounds are set up here, a lot of buildings have bushes in front of them, and trees by windows. Easy access for spiders to enter the home. I complained to the front office and they supposedly put me on the vector control spray list so someone could come spray the outside
