My experience stems from 15 years in the industry. I am certified by ISSA and am currently studying to become a strength and conditioning specialist with NSCA. I decided to dedicate my career to help others maintain a positive health / lifestyle balance. I am a former Equinox Trainer and Swim Instructor who decided to go fully self employed.

This allows me the flexibility to negotiate a price for any budget, and scheduling that is built on communication, not just policy. Need motivation but not looking for a Drill Sergeant? I will find the proper pace to build you up and help you reach your goals. There is no one size fits all program. I customize each program according to your wants and needs. I specialize in Fat and Weight Loss, Strength & Circuit Training, Muscle Definition and Toning, HIT training, Bodyweight Training, Stretching, Swimming, and Cardio Boxing.

Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change of your physical activity?
The provision of personal training services by Trainer to Client, and Client's use of any premises, facilities or equipment are contingent upon this Agreement.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You agree that if you engage in any physical exercise or activity, including paid and unpaid personal training, or enter our premises or use any facility or equipment on our premises for any purpose, you do so at your own risk and assume the risk of any and all injury and/or damage you may suffer, whether while engaging in physical exercise or not.
