Here's my own journey before, during, and after I signed the final dot on the paperwork. I was searching for an affordable place, safe, clean, and close to small stores that I can just walk to. My daughter and I read the reviews. Drove around many times, day and night. Observed the management in the office, the maintenance staff, and even the landscape workers. Here I am, still here for almost a year now, and happy that I made the right decision.

If I could rate this place zero stars I definitely would my family and I have been living here for over four years now and honestly the service is horrible they give you a beat up apartment and honestly there’s not many benefits to living here. Kids are not allowed to use their skateboards bikes or scooters not even in the park area, and on top of that security here is very minimal we’ve had our cars broken into two times in our apartment broken into and they’ve only told us the same answer for all those times “I’m so sorry but there’s nothing we can do, have you filed a police report

Worst Apartments ever! The management sucks! The people in office are so rude, not helpful at all. This one lady in office, who calls herself a manager, has so much attitude for no reason. They need to replace these people in office. The process to get an apartment there sucks. I have tried twice to get an apartment by wasting my 5 hours in waiting and missing my work just because these apartments are cheap but still no luck because of their stupid process. I would have given them no stars if that would have been a option.

I lived here from 2009-2010 and the apartment grounds were really nicely kept at the time, although the kitchens were a little outdated. I loved the size of the apartment and we had a unit that had a really nice view from the patio. That being said, the entire year I lived there they never fixed the dishwasher that was noted as broken on our move-in, even after multiple requests. And when we moved out they denied receiving my 30-day notice that I turned in with my rent. It all worked out, so when we moved back to this area, I applied for an apartment there, went through the process, was approved

We would like you to know about the great work that maintenance person Julius performs. We called him after our air conditioner stopped functioning in one of the very first heat waves of 2018. We called the maintenance line and explained to him the circumstances, including that there was an infant in the house that can become dehydrated, the temperature was above 90 degrees, and that we were expecting company that night. Julius arrived immediately to deliver a portable A/C unit and look at the central unit. He was able to get the central unit partially working, so between that and the portable

We should’ve listened to all of the people’s reviews saying “Do not apply!” The leasing agents here fooled us by saying everything looks good – until the end where we weren’t able to get our apartment because of some lame excuse. The lady who processed our application should’ve known better (I mean after working as a leasing agent for almost 10 years, you’d think she knows all the basics). Complete waste of time, $80, and a ding to our credit.

When i first moved in the manager Cynthia was extremely rude an over all low class. I could tell she was on pills. Her eyes were glazed over and she had a short temper and treated me and my friend with tasteless arrogance. She has since been replaced by a wonderful manager who i always receive respect and kindness from. The over all appearance of the place is good, but there is a lot you cant see by looking. I had my laundry stolen right out of the laundromat. There is constant vandalism in the middle of the night. Also there are hardly any lights in the complex which creates the perfect atmosphere
