My husband and I lived at this apartment complex for a year and half. Everything was great until the end. Our 'landlord' was not helpful whatsoever with us being first-time renters. He never explained anything when we were to evacuate the premises and whatnot and to provide a notice/letter of evacuation on a specific date. Out of courtesy, my husband drafted a letter and submitted it on February 3, 2017 since we were going to be out at the end of the month and we asked if there was anything else we needed to do before we left since we would be out on Sunday, February 26, 2017. These apartments are old and falling apart. The first day I movie in, look like they just paint the disgusting apartment, they didn't even waited for the paint to dry out. More days pass by and the more things we find falling apart, like the stove not working, air conditioner, toilet leaks, roof leaks and not to mention all the cockroaches.
And the manager Jose will not fix nothing, I left messages, emails, and talk to him in person and nothing gets done.
I will not recommend anyone to move here.
