Stay away! Do not rent here. Not safe. Was not even in the apt and looked out the window some homeless guy was breaking into my car. This is the 2nd attempt by him today. He tried to break in another car this morning. Also the place is infested with bed bugs! Management very slow to respond to issues
Started talking to the neighbors and they were saying how awful this place is and that it keeps getting worse. The outgoing gate is broken. On top of that I did not have a Key card so I tried my Costco card and I opened the entrance gate with it.

I would suggest all who have had a "hold deposit" taken and denied the rental after signing the offer to turn this company in for fraud. They are scamming unsuspecting parties out of money. Report them to the federal trade commission ASAP! There is a housing crisis and they are fully taking advantage of people and stealing money. No one can afford to lose upward of $250 due to criminal actions. They really are i see more comments and I am not the only one. ! I'm going to look in to this and if there been more than one report I hope they look into them. I feel Rob and fraud.

I really had good hopes for them . But honestly. Its mess up how I Talk to Bianca and my mother as well to ask about our refund of the holding deposit which was 250$ once we didn't get approved i ask how long it takes. Got told 3 to 7 business days. Wrong it took a month had to call my bank . Bank even confirmed. It was only charge not refunded. All this time Bianca. Wouldn't give me right answers or ignore my emails at times.

I just moved here last month and so far I love it here. The management makes sure their tenants are happy. The maintenance is on top of their job. I submit a request and it goes through within a few days. It has a nice little gym and a pool/spa. The apartments themselves are nice and big. Definitely recommend to try this place out

I WOULD give Village Green one star normally but I'm giving three stars only because Sal Cortez provides such amazing customer service. He's an amazing and friendly dude who works hard at what he does best. Sometimes I wonder how he does it because he always seems so busy but he gets the work done, and for that I appreciate his work around the association.

I am on my 3rd year living here and do enjoy my apartment. Very spacious and have not had any issues that have not been attended too!! Although I will sincerely miss the former management team, I love love the new dream team, Amber, Corrina and Mark!! Amber was amazing from the moment I met her, welcoming, concerning and sincere. She has helped me considerably. I have already seen a good change to the exterior. All 3 bring a positive presence needed to the Village.
