I lived here for 5 years, im a carpenter so if any issue comes up I usually take care of it. its been great till this new manager came, she is trying to flex really hard, and it's just annoying, I have my esa and due to the pandemic I don't take him out a lot because I do not want anything to happen to him, so most of the time I have him go in the patio now, I clean it everytime and have so for as long as I lived there, all of the sudden they have a problem with it, even though it is in my patio. If you go out side you can see the damaged, yellow, and dead grass everywhere. But for some reason

I have lived in many apartments most of my life and this was by far the BEST I have lived in. First off, the people that work there are amazing. They were always so caring and attentive. Liz and Araceli are truly wonderful. Anytime I needed help with something they made sure it was taken care of. Secondly, the complex itself is BEAUTIFUL, one of a kind! The sound of waterfalls is just perfect. In addition, Manny was always available to fix any maintenance issues which there barely was. The whole place is so clean and very peaceful. Went in to see a two bedroom. but at this time don't have any available. The lady with the short hair Araceli was so nice and friendly!! She referred us over to a sister property they have BUT were going to wait. If she's the person we have to deal with and pay rent we want to be here. So friendly and polite.. nice place to live too!!

Wisphering Fountains Monrovia,Ca I would not advise anyone to look for a Place for Mom or parents I would not advise my worse friend or someone I dislike to move in there ...!!!.. Niomi Cashe property mgr / the Korda group asked me to vacate for no proff or reason They did not get a eviction on me I did vacate Shame on a major Corp. the out a disabled women and not even pay relocation fee’s The state of California pasted a law regarding relocation fee’s as of July 1,2018 To look into pineal code...? I was tossed out with no where to live or I can afford...!!.

Loved living here only moved out because my roommate took a job out in LA so i couldn't afford to stay. I'm in Riverside side and can see the difference.
Mountain view have very professional attentive staff. The place is beautiful and private.
Nice place to walk your dogs in the courtyard unlike now i have to walk them on the streets so we run into stray dogs and crazy people.
Very clean apts I was there 2yrs.
I recommend to anyone.
