Generally a nice area to live. My main complaints right now is security. In the first half of 2021, my car has been broken into once, and my storage lockers in my carport has been broken into twice. I believe these thefts occured during the early morning hours or during the day. There's a security guard in the evening that walks around. I was told by management there's no security cameras. It's pretty frustrating.

I think most reviews of these apartments are overly critical.
I’ve had a great experience living here, and honestly have no complaints. Pricing is fair for the area, neighbors are quiet and friendly, living right next to the bike trail is great, and I enjoy watching the squirrels in the morning too so that’s a plus.

I liked living in Mountain Springs. The apartment complex is nice and very well maintained. The front desk staff are very professional and always listen to what we need. Special shout-out to Maria M. She is very friendly and courteous and always took care of issues in our apartment. Also, to Jimmy for being a wonderful repairman.

My rating goes to the actual apartment complex not the staff. Staff was overall helpful throughout the moving process. Parking sucks it is such a big issue here. Good luck finding a spot every time you go in and out the apartment complex. CATS!!! OMG there are so many of them roaming everywhere!!!! I understand there are animal lovers out there but please keep them inside your home at least at night. I've seen them on top of peoples cars sleeping on them or walking all over them! I would be livid if I see any scratches on my car due to these cats! I've even seen kittens and i'm pretty sure people

Don't move here. If I wasn't trapped in a lease I would leave. The parking situation is the worst thing you will ever experience. Nothing quite like working a 12 hr shift and having to park on the street when you get home! Staff don't seem to care about it. People without passes and gate keys are parking all over the place and they never get towed. Cars are stacked up outside of the gate waiting to get in. My car got broken into a while back and I was actually parked inside of the complex. Not worth the expensive rent. Joe, one of the maintenance guys, is awesome and actually cares about the residents

These apartments are the worst I’ve ever lived in.
We had a 2 bedroom and the lay out was great but everything else was horrible. Our upstairs neighbors were filthy! They have plants and wet clothes hanging off their patio and management does NOTHING about it. The people in front of our door have like 20 people living in there and again, management did nothing.... we even witnessed roaches running out of their apartment and still, nothing. Parking is a nightmare to say the least, so street it was... but that’s if you could find a spot in between the 2-4 Winnebagos that park there. The Winnebago

Where to begin with the place
This is downright the most awful place I have ever lived in. Management are all the most inconsiderate, do the bare minimum, worst staff you could imagine. They're condescending and rude and couldn't be bothered when it comes making sure their renters are happy. The place is easily roach infested. Reeks of weed 24/7. No lights in the rooms, you have to buy lamps. All the sockets barely work. The shower heads are extremely low, if you're over 5'7 you have to tilt your head back to even get washed properly. The carpet wears extremely fast. Any and all maintenance requests
