So happy to leave. Terrible place to live. 0 parking at almost all times. Laundry machines hardly work properly. Homeless are constantly in the dumpsters and living in their cars. Watch out if you're on 11th street they WILL door check! Residents leave rocks and sticks in the gate doors making it not a gated and secure comunity. Management claims to have ongoing security but they clearly seem to not be doing their job. I've had lost payments and ignored work orders. Theres no ventilation/fan in the bathroom so lots of mold will be present. Loud neighbors. Lots of weed and partying so if that's

Wanted to take a minute to thank Robert the maintenance director/manager and his team for handling things so quickly. I had an issue with an AC unit that broke down. Robert was very courteous and concerned when I spoke with him regarding this issue. He addressed the situation immediately as usual , issue was resolved. Robert has good follow up and always make sure the job is completed right the first time. I have been living here 3 years and have had consistently great experiences with Robert and his team.

My boyfriend and I are moving from Michigan to California. So far our experience with this apartment complex has been phenomenal. The girl's response times, courteous and professional attitudes, and punctuality really made this experience wonderful. We are all set to move in this next week coming up and I could not be happier. Most satisfying experience I have had so far.

I have been staying here for a while and I absolutely love it. The maintenance guys are very warm and friendly. Laundry rooms are conveniently close by. Mail is a bit far from my unit but a good brief walk is good. The environment is here is a quiet since theres a quiet time from 10 PM-8 AM which really makes this place relaxing. The staff are very accommodating; especially Paris and Chanel. Overall, I'm happy to call this place home.

Went in not too long ago to view this property & this lovely young lady by the name of Juliet gave me a tour & may I add she was oh so helpful & such a professional & kind lady. I am definitely going to be considering moving into these apartments. The customer service that I received by this young lady was very pleasant. More properties should have people like her guiding potential residents.

I've enjoyed living here for many years. My apartment is very nice, spacious and well maintained. There was recently a change in management here, and things have only gotten better. They really listened to a concern I had about a maintenance situation. Most of the other residents are pretty nice. I would recommend living here 100%. It's very convenient to walk to nearby shopping and it's great if you commute because there are 3 freeways very close by.

I've been a resident of Alvista Portofino for two years after relocating from Arkansas and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The manager and the office staff are friendly, helpful and truly care for the needs of the residents. The maintenance Supervisor and his crew maintain the property beautifully as well as getting all issues resolved in a timely manner. I'm exceptionally satisfied and happy that I choose Alvista Portofino as my residence. It's been an easy transition from the mid-west back home to California.

I would like to say how please I am with the Portofino apartment complex. The maintenance staff have been amazing. They are very professional, respectful, and competent at their jobs.
Particularly, Robert (one of the Portofino maintenance staff) has helped me on numerous occasions. He has been very helpful and kind ever since I have met him. He also performs his work very well.
