I've been living here for about 5 years and no matter my problem Erin or nitza have taken care of it. I have 3 children that love this place and feel safe enough to call it home. Maintenance has taken care of stuff in a timely manner just yesterday Carlos got bulbs for my kitchen in five mins after I asked him for them. I appreciate where I live especially after this last year of uncertainty. Yes parking is hard here but you can always get another garage. I personally like the peace and quiet.

Im previous resident and I’ve been wanting to move back but there’s no availability. It’s always a pleasure speaking to Nitza when I call to check if there’s vacancy.

We called to try and rent there and the lady nitza We spoke to was very helpful and sweet, but trying to find parking there is a joke an absolute joke, and all the future resident parking were taken up by residents, making it impossible to park. Or finding anywhere to park at that, there is absolutely no parking anywhere around that facility. So your visiting guests will have the worst time trying to find somewhere to park. Just horrible!

For the past 2yrs it has been great! The staff could not been better, if I did had a problem they will help within day or two. They staff is easy to talk to if you have any problems so make sure to talk to them from time to time and get to know them cause they are great. The parking is the only drawback here as you are limited space not only for yourself but for guest as well.

Terrible. Was living here since I was little (15 years plus) owner decided he wanted his apartment back without reason and kicked us out with a notice. He wanted us to keep paying rent for the two remaining months and move out? How were we suppose to save to move out and keep paying them? I can’t believe this was even possible. Be aware the owner can take your apartment away and still have no reason to kick you out. Also the office is keeping us from moving out because they are giving my family bad references to other apartments and keeping them from moving out. Basically wanting us to be homeless
