I just moved from the Villas at Rowland Heights. Final check out day, April 30, 2021. I'm extremely grateful to Ms. Kim Young, gave me an opportunity to rent apartment - L-108. I live there for six years. The property management staff - Steve Chong, Judy, Emily and Katrina were very kind and generous with there time and support with everything I needed regarding apartment repairs and assistance with documentation updates and receipts. The entire maintenance crew is the best with on-time repairs. They ROCK.!! I greatly appreciate the entire Villas Staff.! All the Best. Peace Be With You. Sincerely

Every building has pros and cons with everything. Nice garden, well Kempt in cleanliness. Parking for residences but the radiation in the building is very high. They have meters and heavy duty machine that cause cancer. This building is a safety hazard in terms o the radiation exposure for all residences. A investigation should be done.

The reality is you sign a contract every year.
The rents are 1450 to 1700 n go up every year.
Read the fine print. The apartments are 459 square foot. A studio not a one bedroom that the claim.
The whole building cause cancer n the

I'm giving this place a no star, it's a joke its spouse to be 55+senior citizen complex, to rent appartment here is too high for senior citizens that are on a low budget for a 1 bedroom $1650 + $50 the Villas of Rowland heights shouldn't be called senior citizen complex, they should change the name to ripoff of Rowland heights, people I know are moving out and finding better and cheaper places to live. upper management need to change the price listing for all the seniors who lives there, there's a major rat issue in the complex management as done nothing to fix this issue, all they want is the

I recently toured the property with Jonathan, and he was friendly and was very knowledgeable about the property. I am currently a homeowner looking to rent, and I think The Villas will be my next home based on my tour experience. I would highly recommend this property. Their 1 bedroom units are equipped with central heat/air, gas stoves, and a large walk-in closet. The leasing office is also open 7 days a week which makes it very convenient. I'm trying to get my friend to move-in to the property with me so we have a community.
