If you don’t mind potential homicide case (Happened in Sept, 2016, can still be found via news)
If you don’t care mails be stolen. (The main mail box at the entrance was at lease be broke for twice since 2019)
If you don’t think broken car windows are big deal. (At least three times since 2018)
If you don’t believe you will get a $3k+ bill once you decide to move out. (They will replace every ridiculous thing they can)
Go for it! I am sure you will enjoy.

I moved in and lived there for 2 nights. The upstairs tenant has a dog and throw a ball to the dog all night. Then I decided to move out. The apartment office asked me for $4000 to cancel the lease agreement. The result is that I paid $4000 and has to move out within 5 days. That’s the worst apartment experience I ever had! Be careful if you consider walnut ridge apartment !!!

1 star to management, but 5 stars for the new maintenance man. Had few issues with the window and AC since moved in 6 month ago, the previous maintenance guy kept saying parts were ordered but no action was taken. Thanks to Ernie who came to inspect my unit and get everything fixed within the same day.

I would give this place 5 Stars but i always believe in having room to grow and improve. I have lived here at Walnut Ridge Apartments for 2 years (I turned keys in today) and loved it. Yes there may be some flaws here and there but nothing to the point where they deserve 1 Star or less. The front office is great. Yvette is the best. She was the one who called me about availability in 2017 and also walked me through the steps from start to finish because my kids and wife lived in Las Vegas at the time. Little things like that of what Yvette did does really go a long way.

I lived here for two years. Packages were stolen from my front door and my car was broken into. The rent is extremely high for how my particular apartment looked like on the inside, not updated or anything. The city has no rent control, so rent increases yearly. However, I liked management. They always did their best to help and understand certain situations that would occur. It is pretty quiet and the trees/leaves are always cleared and cleaned. Pool is well maintained. I enjoyed my stay there, just became too expensive.

I am writing this review for Everyone that lives here and to keep People away from thinking about living here Dont do it and here's my Reason Why. Last week we got a notice from the leasing office that there was an incident that happened not on the Apartment grounds but on the sidewalk near the Apartment well it was a Big Lie there was A tenant who lives here and stays by the tennis court that are tagged up with Graffiti by the way was stabbed Multiple times due to Very Poor lighting and No Security here. I fill that we should all take stand and not Pay our rent until Management takes Safety seriously

I've lived here going on 4 years. I live right off Nogalas (so it's incredibly loud), but generally, it's been fine. It could stand to be upgraded a bit, (it would be fantastic to get as many of those minor issues, I've listed below, resolved) which would drastically improve the quality of living here. TBH, I've given up about contacting the apartment about repairs -- but maybe I'll revisit that in the near future.
