Management pays for water, sewer, and trash. We are also a pet friendly community with grounds great for socializing. Our community includes, a sparkling pool, community club house, computer center, BBQ area, family friendly playground, and convenient laundry facilities. Don't come to live here The Manager Dee Dee is the worst manager ever so rude and talk to the people with no respect they needa fine someone better then her no people skills. If you work for these apartments they live here for free what kinds stuff is that Dee bragged to everyone that she lives their for free since she works their that's no equal at all...

Management is horrible starting with Dee Dee very unprofessional the way they talk to residents she has no people skills at all. Since I started living there when it came to management I’ve never had a good experience don’t get me wrong the location has calm down so much from back in the days but I do not recommend to stay there to live there because of what they provide and what you pay for. They charge for parking space they charge for remote controls any chance they get they charge they have no compassion at all. Other then management well I shouldn’t say all but there’s 1 specific Dee

The apartment staff: Manager Fernando, Dee Dee and Angie have been most gracious and attentive to my needs since day 1. I actually have been waiting for a 1 bedroom apartment from The Palms before I moved in and would always call to see if there was anything available. The Manager Fernando was kind enough to take down my name and number because he noticed how badly I wanted to get in and was waiting. The apartments are affordable, well kept and presentable which is very hard to get since everyone is always calling on availability. One day Fernando called me and told me there was an apartment available

1. I didn't live here. I've been here before and looking for apartment and want to share some of my experience to help people who is looking for an apartment.
2. Overall a good place. Nice people in the office and good environment, nice place ,etc.
3. The only thing you need to know is that they have an income requirement for people who plan to live here. (Basically Very low) i dont have the exact number, but its something like a household of 3, family gross income should below $3,800 or so to qualify. So please check before you go. You might not qualify. :(
