We have been here for 8 months and we've had 5 pipe problems with our toilet. And it's not a clog it's a pipe issue before we got here. It's a reoccurring issue and we only have 1 bathroom and the office doesn't do much to help. When the office does help we get plumbers we either cut open our wall or can't do anything because it's a much bigger issue. Pool and hot tub are cool tho.

Don’t move here. Attempted to move in and was in contact with the office for over a month as we were relocating out of state. Not only did we have to change all of our forwarding information and cable/power set ups 3 times to our apartments not being ready on time, Johnathan one of the leasing agents was incredibly rude, snooty, and condescending. They day before move in we requested to see the apartment as we were never able to do an in person tour and the apartment was very dirty and carpets were trashed. There was no way they would’ve had that cleaned and ready for move in the next day.

7 month update - Sadly, Aiya has not lived up to our expectations. While the front office & maintenance staff are very kind, helpful, and thoughtful people (thank you Stephanie, Kyle, and Aaron - you guys are 5-stars), the construction of our unit is disappointing. Our dishwasher will randomly just fall open - mid wash! It also leaves our dishes covered in soap residue, to the point that we can't actually use it anymore. Our toilet handle keeps falling off and we have to lift the toilet lid and stick our hands in the water to pull the flush plug. And now, our shower faucet handle is starting to

Amenities are second to none. The staff is very responsible and always available during their business hours. I love to go into the office to settle my issues although they have proven to be great over the phone as well. Their are plenty of snacks and drinks to enjoy while you are there. Of course to me all these things don’t matter if you aren’t being treated fairly and that’s one thing I can always depend on is that they treat me with kindness and respect.

Another overpriced pretend luxury apartment complex. Office Staff is audacious and vindictive. Stephanie served me a 10-day eviction notice just a couple hours after the eviction moratorium was blocked, simply because they failed to request the information they required for pets I told them I had and needed to add to my lease weeks ago. She could have just called and asked for the info. Anybody could have instead of taping an eviction notice to the door (and still not requesting the info). The apartment was poorly constructed so multiple things have to be repaired (ex. doors not shutting) that

The apartment seems to be fairly nice and "modern" however after living here for four months we still do not have covered parking near our apartment after it was promised. The parking is so bad I have to park buildings away from my apartment and as a woman who gets home late I just don't think this is safe. The pool was finished a whole two months after they said it would be done and there are still amenities that aren't finished. Oddly enough they are still building apartments which makes me believe that they are so worried about getting new tenants and they aren't really

When I received A call after sending an email about how long I had to make a decision, I asked about the $50 application fee and $200 “admin” fee. When I had previously called the day prior, I had confirmed with a staff member that the $200 WOULD be refundable, and the $50 would not be. I was okay with being out $50 because I needed to make some decisions, but I wanted to make sure I had a backup apartment.
This staff member did not inform me that it (the $200) was ONLY refundable if I chose the apartment. To say I am disappointed and

They said the pool would be finished a month after our move in, now they said it won't be ready for a "few more weeks." We are now approaching two months. The ice maker in my fridge won't work, called maintenance and they came by, looked at the fridge, and apparently fixed it, still doesn't work. The interior doors don't shut properly. You would think they would want to keep their current tenants content by sticking to their word but nope, they are so focused on finishing the new apartment buildings. Very welcoming complex. Liz and the team have been so helpful and go above and beyond your average property management team. From the area to the brand new apartments and all the great features and amenities, you really couldn't ask for a better apartment in Gilbert! Still little construction being completed but nothing like having new state of the art facilities.

The office staff here is great, very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable about the complex. the apartments are very nice from a visual standpoint. however, there are some minor flaws in the apartment complex that allude to this complex being a rushed construction project, I'd definitely recommend an in person tour before making a decision about moving to this complex.
