Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Stay away from living here please. Find something better. The upgraded units are beautiful, but not worth the poor management and staff here. Been battling with receiving decent customer service since I moved here. If it isn’t the emergency line never returning calls, it’s maintenance taking forever, and being disregarded and blown off by the staff in the leasing office about matters that are important. Management: been here two years & they are on the 3rd or 4th management company. So office staff changes often. Safety: gun shots every night & frequent car break ins. Amazon leaves all packages outside of the mailboxes & ppl drive up & take them all. So you'll have to get your packaged delivered somewhere else. Security is usually nonexistent but I've seen a Sheriff truck parked near entrance a few times lately but they are gone by dark. Pests: you are charged for pest control but u have to request service. They will probably never show. I've requested several times but they've never come now

These are some of the issues I’ve experienced as a new tenant with range water. I tried reaching out to c corporate and been disappointed (they been giving me lies on top of lies). I’m sure they wouldn’t live like this. At this point I’m considering contacting the news, making a report with bbb and getting a lawyer. This has been a complete nightmare. I been extremely stressed and can not believe they allowed/allowing a tenant to go through this.

I moved into this apartment after being back and forth with management for almost 2 months, the second night I was in this apartment there were shots fired right outside the apartment and several bullets came into the bedrooms. Needless to say I definitely wanted to break my lease, they then told me that it was a process that needed to be help in order to break my lease and even give me my money back! After almost losing my life smh

I hardly leave reviews especially for apartments! But I give credit where it’s due. since rangewater took over these apartments….!!! they were already nice, spacious updated but now the customer service matches!! I love my apartment from the vallet trash to the privacy!! No bugs, low crime!! I have been here for 3 months and love it!!

It's been a long, ongoing process with Hairston Woods. I first applied under their old property management company right as the staff thinned out in preparation for the changing of companies. There was a lack of transparency that ultimately led to me terminating my lease early. HOWEVER, when I returned for move out, the complex was under new management by Range Water real estate. Mario was so helpful and patient even while being swamped cleaning up Pinnacle's mess. If he had been here when I first signed on, I might still be there!
