Had appt for viewing an apartment at 2pm and no one was in leasing office. Waited 30 minutes after and still NO ONE. Don't advertise that your open on Saturday but in reality YOUR NOT. Some people don't have time to waste and that's all this apartment will do trying to lease from them.

They raise the rent and they don’t even uphold what’s on their amenities, you have to chase them to get things done in your apartment and it’s roach infested. Say anything just for you to sign there lease! Regret signing a lease with these people!!

Its really nice over there, I love the lake with the gooses but the walls r very thin so it's hard to sleep at night sometimes

I usually don't rate or review any business on Google, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I have received amazing customer service since day one. All members of the staff are friendly and very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Delia. She was amazing. She kept me informed of any changes, and in a considerate amount of time. Just about any question I had was answered on the spot, and any question that needed follow up was addressed within 24 hrs. Delia made sure that my maintenance request were completed, and that I was ready to move in when the time came. Professionalism

Listen, I can't lie I use to live in this area years and years back when I was a little girl and it was rough . As time has passed I was a bit skeptical about moving back into the area. I was in search of a place to live for me and my boys and I came to check it out. Let me start with how clean the premises was then as I came into the office I had nothing but top notch service. I've been living here since 2017, and It's been a good experience all the way around. Maintenance is very fast and reliable when something needs to be fixed. The staff is nice and very helpful.

I LOVE LIVING HERE ( DELIA) IS THE BEST, SHE HAS HELPED ME THROUGH IT ALL. I CAME FROM FLORIDA AND GOT ME A PLACE WITHIN A WEEK, SHE KEEP HER WORD. NEVER SEEN A PERSON WHO REALLY DO THEY JOB AS IT SHOULD BE. SHE GAVE ME THE BREAK DOWN. ONLY PERSON I TALK TO WHEN I NEED SOMETHING FIX SHE SENDS THEM TO MY APARTMENT SAME DAY WITH NO ISSUE. This review is for the person who is looking to make a big move from another state and may not be able to visit in person. This review is for the person that believes in signs and needs a fresh start. I’ve been here almost 6 months and for the most part it has been a positive experience. I would give it an A-. I moved from the NY and compared to all of the interactions I’ve had with other complexes Willow Lake was the most professional and efficient. Process of application to approval was about 2 weeks. At the time my 1 bedroom was $948 which includes water. Gas is about $65. You have to rent
