Want to give all the praise to Shyheem brooks for making this move from Oklahoma back to Georgia the most easiest transition in my life. I moved in my unit 3 weeks ago and my overall experience has been great. I have had to contact maintenance a couple times for minor things but there response time was fast. My move in was handled by Shyheem and I must say that he is amazing. Now to my actual unit….VERY SPACIOUS. Overall I have had a great experience and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Been here since February. Can't really say I've had too many problems. Nick been real helpful since day 1. Friendly staff. They try keep the complex clean even though some people wanna act like this Bankhead Courts... Pick ya trash up people! I'd recommend this place and if you do have any problems, go in the office. Keep up the good work y'all.

Called to ask about prices and nick acted like he really didn’t want to be on the phone. Not only was customer service nonchalant the prices haven’t been correct in three weeks. None of the prices online are correct yet they are still posted. If apts have been renovated just go online and update the prices. I Asked what all was included in rent and he just said you will be billed separately for water, trash etc., but didn’t tell the price I had to ask to get details on price. I understand it’s early but if you don’t feel like speaking give the phone to someone else.

We moved here 2 years ago and we love it. Shyheem is our all time favorite he has always been a huge help and when he isn’t there Joseph is always helpful. Maintenance always comes and fixes whatever we need so quickly. They always are in a great mood. We love this neighborhood. We will be renewing for a 3rd year.

I’ve been living here for about 3 months now. So far so good… I don’t have any major complaints.. I would love for the pool to be open though.. other than that ..The area is quiet, work orders get fulfilled, and the staff is friendly. Shyheem has been a great help since day 1 of application process and his energy is so welcoming!

The Haverly At Stone Mountain is the worst place to live the employee/management is unprofessional, unorganized staff. The first day I moved into my two bedroom apartment dead roaches everywhere and other residents are complaining about the same thing and did absolutely nothing but get the exterminator to come out every Wednesday. I pay over $1000… to live in this community and believe me it’s not worth a penny. The sensors for people to live in a community is down is below average. “ Which is normal for them” Please save your money and go somewhere else this is the worst
