Services
In-Person Classes - ONE offers indoor and outdoor classes that meet all the safety guidelines of the CDC and NYS-DOH. Join us for all your favorite programs with your experienced 1nstructor Team, in a small-group training atmosphere. Virtual Classes - ONE will offer Livestream classes if needed. With this virtual option, you can participate in that real-class feel, with before & after class connection with others from ONE.
When you select Autopay, payments are automatically withdrawn from your account on the same day each month. There is no contract. You may cancel Autopay at any time through Wellness Living. If you require assistance cancelling the autopay, be sure to contact Noelle via email at onefitnessandwellness@gmail.com at least 72 hours before your next scheduled payment.

Cannot say enough good things about ONE- it is a gym but also a community of people who care about you; people who care how you are doing and notice if you’re not there.
The classes & coaches are top-notch - great instruction, options/modifications for various abilities and above all, FUN! The classes are also diverse so there is definitely something for everyone; boredom is never a problem at ONE (which I’ve felt at other gyms).
If you want a gym that is friendly, supportive and fun while still providing challenging workouts, ONE is the place for you!

I was a guest of someone who won a free month unlimited membership and I went to a variety of classes during that time. There is something there that fits your workout style. But you will venture out of your comfort zone I am sure of it! There are a variety of classes to participate in. I’ve since joined this fitness and wellness center with no plan to quit! The owners and instructors have made this place a second home for me. I’m encouraged every time I walk in the door and when I leave, I’m high-fived. All workouts are made to be modified to fit your ability and I utilize that when necessary

My husband won a few pass to One Fitness that gave to me. At first, I wasn't too sure about the classes. Although I work out all the time and try to get my 10,000 steps a day, I am out of shape and have very little flexibility.
