I can't say enough good things about Tonya & Nate. They care about and get to know each client personally. The environment is welcoming and not cliquey or intimidating. Max Level's main Strength & Conditioning Bootcamps are fast-paced, large group classes in a HIIT format with modifications as needed! If your main goal is fitness, weight loss &/or lots of energy, then these workouts are a great option for you! You'll hit weights & main muscle groups weekly & change it up with a variety of HIIT intervals, circuits, locomotives, outdoor & team challenges, & more!
Want to step up your current fitness routine, or maybe you just can't make it into the gym? Our six-week at-home (or anywhere!) Want to focus specifically on body building and power lifting? Then this program is for you! Workouts will be sent two weeks at a time for this six-week program. Geared towards those specifically interested in weightlifting, building strength and toning muscles.

The Wilton Fire Dept contracted Max Level Fitness to come to our firehouse 3X weekly to work with our firefighters on improving strength and stamina. We have been blown away by the quality of instruction. A huge shout out to Heather, Danielle, and Trent. We are getting fitter, losing weight, and having a great time doing so. We highly recommend. If we could give more than 5 stars we certainly would!

MLFA has become an important part of my life. All of the coaches are super positive, approachable, and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean with a wide array of equipment. Upbeat music is always bumping during your workout to keep you moving and motivated. The workouts are challenging and the quick transitions from exercise to exercise keep things from getting stagnant and monotonous. I'm happy to be a part of the tribe and highly recommend them for anyone looking to get themselves into shape!

Tonya and Nate are not only amazing trainers, but amazing people. Their workouts are challenging and there is always modifications if need be. They like to challenge you, but it’s such a welcoming environment!

We love Max level! Both my children participate depending on the season of their sport! Nate, Tonya and staff are not only skilled and knowledgeable in regards to fitness - but they are outstanding mentors for my children! Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Positive and friendly atmosphere. Very welcoming! Excellent trainers and workouts. Accommodates all levels of fitness, all shapes and sizes! Gym is beautiful and clean and equipment is excellent quality!
