Truly great store! Steve is super helpful and the service team is just great! Prices are awesome and they really try to help you get something affordable that meets your needs. I bought a bike and this means tun-ups for life! My husband goes there for servicing his bike and has never been disappointed. I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased my Helmet here, competitively priced, Jeremy was so helpful I really appreciate the care he took to assist me even though he was alone at the shop while there were other customers waiting. Compared to Helen's in Santa Monica, they talked down on me as if I was wasting his time when I asked the difference between two brands.

I have no idea how this place is still in business. I have been there at least a half dozen times, bought several bikes and other accessories. Every time, the experience is just awful. I kept going back to support a local business but enough is enough. They stink. The service is awful, the prices are at least 20-30% higher than anywhere else, the people who work there are literally mean to customers, it’s also very slow to boot. And finally, while their website reads they open at 10 they actually open at noon. Go anywhere else this place is shlock.

It gets even better. Steve reads my posting and calls my wife say why should I help you now after your husbands posting. Having been in business myself for 40 years it's not the way to respond to customers let alone one that has been loyal for 27 years. He yelled at my wife and hung up the phone on her. It's a pity instead of having empathy for what his company did they decide to make it worse by calling my wife saying now they will do nothing. I really do not want anything except the bike he sold during the bike shortage when he had no bikes to sell find who he sold it to and return it to me.

Its great that they have lots of positive reviews. I have known Steve for almost 30 years and bought lots of bikes from him starting when he was on Robertson Blvd. I dropped on my prized 1973 Schwinn Super Sport that my Father bought for me. I have always taken great care of it. It was in great condition with everything original except the tires and tapes. I dropped off the bike a year ago for repairs and unfortunately developed two cancers and called them telling them that I would pick it up soon. Every time when I called Steve was not there and the repair people said they did not know where the

Friendly staff, good selectiom of bikes and accessories. Busy! Selection is limited due to delays in receiving shipments from manufacturers... inventory turns over about every week. Service department friendly and responsive. Perhaps a bit on the pricy side. If you see the item advertised for less somewhere else (Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc.), let them know and they will try to come closer to that price.

Such an awesome shop! This review is for their repair team. Now, I've bought things from them in-store before, but I had a flat and my bike also needed a tune. And without a car I was feeling a little stuck. I looked up bike stores in the area and saw Beverly Hills Bike Shop also does pick up and delivery for bike services. Awesome! Sent them an email and Steve helped me out - picked up the bike, swapped out the tire and tube, and gave it a tune so I'm finally back in the saddle. Thanks everyone!
