Terrible customer service!!!! I spent my money on a tonal from Tyson corner and after they collected my money that was it, since then I tried calling in to see when I would get my machine and they keep saying they will call me back because they are to busy to check while I’m on the phone and do not want to keep me waiting. No calls back yet and I’m definitely disappointed and will canceling my order. This is a “premium product and with a premium price” but please trust me when I tell you the customer service is terrible and is not a great buyer experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
