I have lived at Steward Towers for 11 years. For the most part, this is a decent place to live. I have enjoyed being close to Dutch market. Staff respond quickly to emails and try to answer questions you may have.

Not a bad....there are many tenants who live here with a "don't care" mentality and and a result the common areas are sometimes atrociously filthy.

This property is unsecured. I’ve had multiple Break ins to my vehicle. Reporting this to the office is no help as the break ins have continued & I’ve seen the property do nothing to upgrade security!!!

This been a nice place to live for us since 2004. On the files looks like we live here 2016, but is not. We been living since 2004 is just because we just moved from apartments. The location of this place is very convenient, so we have access to all stores, safety, friendly staff and trustworthy.
Steward Tower is not only the complex apartments where we live, IS MY HOME ☺️

I love the location it is central to all of the places I love to go. Close to shopping, supermarkets, and exercise. The building is quiet and clean.

I love living here! The staff have always been great, familiar, and professional. Unlike other places this complex makes an effort to bring the neighbors together as well as decorating for the holidays.

I have lived here a little over a year and out of all the apartments I've lived in, this is the best. They always have pest control to exterminate your place and I appreciate this because I have never had problems with pest. In any place you live in it will come a time when you have to contact maintenance. When I call the maintenance hotline my problem is fixed in a decent time. If not, then I contact management via email or phone and she makes sure that it's fixed. It's also all utilities included which I really love because it helps out with saving money. I have lived here for five months and I have never had this many problems with any apartment complex before. Firstly, they are doing major work on the pipes and electricity. Ever since it started, i have had water problems, lights left on or complete shutdown of the grid for a full day. Secondly, the parking rules are completely outrageous. If you are a visitor, even if you park in the visitors parking lot, prepare to have your car towed. How is a Saturday or Sunday visitor suppose to get a visitors parking pass if the main office is closed? For the amount I pay in rent, i would expect this place
