5 stars go to Ms. Lia Hernandez! She was phenomenal! She helped us with the whole application process and answered any questions we had! She was more than kind! She made the moving process so seamless! If you’re looking at moving to these apartments, Ms. Hernandez is the woman you want to talk to! she is just great and we appreciate all of her help!
In my opinion, the kindness and warm welcome made us feel right at home before we even moved in! The move in special really helped us out significantly. Especially with the market being so hard for renters/buyers right now!

My family and I had been looking for a place for weeks ran across this one and I have to say we knew right off gate we would love this place. The staff was very friendly. Mrs Patricia is awesome she made us comfortable and right at home before we even started discussion of residency. Can’t wait to move in.

These apartments are absolutely beautiful! Both Patricia and Lia helped make the move in process fantastic. They were always willing to answer any questions and really made us feel at home from the first day. With the amazing staff, well kept grounds, and really good sized apartments for the price, the villas are a really excellent complex.

The new recent five stars it’s from the office constantly doing the whole “review us and we will put you in a raffle.” So they closed everything during Covid and yet had no problems raising the rent on everyone who’s lease was up. Really had high hopes for this place but they constantly fall down my expectations and yet they claim luxury living. First off they lied! They stated to me they do not do short leases and had us sign a year contract and yet on their website it shows short term leases including 2 and 6 months as well are available. They are desperate for residents so they lie.

This place is a ripoff. They wanted to raise our rent 300 dollars with the new lease. I was told by Sabrina that they don't care if tenants are good or bad, all about market value. You go in thinking your paying one price and end up with 150 bucks in extra charges every month. Take pics when you leave and don't plan on getting your deposit back. Management here sucks! You been warned.

I absolutely enjoy living here. The staff here are always willing to answer your questions in a timely manner either through phone or via email. If you need anything they are alway there to help. The apartments are close by the store which is within walking distance also close by a park if you have a child which comes in handy when they need to get their energy out of their system. It is a beautiful community,

I had the pleasure of living at The Villas. The original management staff Ben and Jen were awesome. The new management have been great, especially Sam! She not only presents herself in a professional manner but also approaches situations with compassion and understanding. Those are outstanding qualities and made my time at The Villas that much more memorable.

Set up an appointment yesterday for 4pm when I got there the doors were locked. A young man came and let us in and we were told we'd need to wait a few minutes no problem. 1/2 hour later he finally come and got us said we'd go look at units abs then discuss prices. He took us to look at a model it was clean and nice. Then took us to look at the other model but were warned it was still not cleaned up from the previous tenants who moved out the week before. This was okay. Once we went back to the office is when he pulled up a price list the apartments are listed online for $1405 2 bedrooms

If there were a zero star option I would use it... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING HERE !!!! I've got loud neighbors, not the best pool or hot tub either, apartment appliances are all terrible and breaking down, light switches make a zap noise when you flip the switch, washer and dryer are beyond gross (I had to buy my own, it was that bad) cheap floor and carpet, apartment not cable or WiFi ready so be prepared to pay for that too clearly the guys don't know how to paint or use caulking, water heater makes a loud bang noise when filling up, no garbage disposal and sink faucet is breaking

We've been here about 5 months and have had only good experiences with management and maintenance! Any questions are answered quickly and any issues with appliances are fixed within the same day. The location is perfect, being right next to a strip mall with a grocery store/pharmacy and within what seems to be a safe area of Sparks.

Alisha and Kolby are amazing! They made the process so easy to get approved and were so friendly and made me feel at home. Before I looked at These apartments and met Kolby and Alisha, I looked at surrounding apartments in the area and no other office people at the complexes gave me the time of day and seemed uninterested in even talking to me.
As a business, it's imperative to have that positive first impression and Kolby and Alisha nailed it!

We absolutely loved these apartments. Jenny is amazing, accommodating and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure that my entire family was comfortable and happy here. The only issue we have is that phone calls aren't returned (I think the phone system is bad) and it can be hard to get a hold of someone after hours.

Family friendly with good lease terms. The staff are helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and amenities are plentiful. We enjoy evenings in the hot tub and days sunbathing at the pool. Tanning bed and workout rooms are basic but its nice to have them on site. The neighborhood has a laid back vibe. The neighbors we have met thus far have been polite.

We like this apartment complex it's quiet, family friendly, and they take good care of the grounds. I've lived in other apartment complex's in the area and I prefer this one.
I've talked with both Jenny and Alisha and feel like they really care about the complex and their jobs.
We really like our apartment it has a lots of space and everything was really nice when we moved in.
I've lived in another apartment complex in this area and prefer this one. The location is great they keep the grounds clean and they spray for bugs.

DON'T LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!! If I could give these apartments no stars I would and only because of the horrible management they have in the office! Jenny who is the manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't expect good communication via by phone or email. The staff including the manager changes every six months and they are unorganized and not helpful at all. Don't be fooled on how educated they are about the apartments they have available, their just sales people and the assistance they offer when you're moving in is all you get. You can't rely on them

If you like basic apartments then this review won't affect you much, while I've been at the Villas thankfully none of our appliances broke down as I can only assume that it would take a long time to be fixed.
In this place you can hear your neighbors above you and people talking outside. If you work nights or even late evenings you will not sleep. You can hear everything as the walls and windows let in all kinds of noise. If you have a complaint about neighbors partying, or a dog barking nonstop the staff simply direct you to the police and do not attempt to handle any concern themselves

I had lived here for two years and liked it had a wonderful view which I payed
100.00 extra for and decent amenities...and then new management...first encounter I work
Nights put my payment in the drop box on the 5th and they said
It's late and assess me a 100.00 late fee, I went into the office
To try and plea my case they said we do t care what old management
Let you do it's in your lease...I don't care, it's in your lease
She kept repeating herself over and over. I have never
