Lived here for 2 years, I wouldn't recommend it.
Pictures can look pretty like a hotel but when you live here it feels more like a low budget motel.
1 - Parking - What a mess, the garage is falling apart, all the sap falling on the cars, damaging the paint, I would say 80% of the cars get damaged, bring a car cover. If you have a bike, don't even think you can leave it down there, it's like a bicycle cemetery, bikes been there for years and there's no space for yours. (Take a walk down there)
2 - Management - Not good at all, they'll send e-mails with rules and things we should do but there

Absolute nightmare of an experience. My partner and I applied for an apartment over a month ago and for whatever reason were denied - absolutely fine such is life. That being said we had to put down a $1,000 deposit. Even before our application was denied as soon as we submitted contact from management became impossible. No one answered our calls anymore and that was just the beginning. When I finally spoke to someone (after I already found a new apartment elsewhere) they went on to say that the rejection email we received was probably sent in error and that they would look in to it, again I already

The apartment+amenities+shuttle are all good.
But the leasing lady is pathetic. This lady is super arrogant and needs to take a professional behavior/customer experience course somewhere.
She possesses super skills to easily make anyone’s move in + move out experiences as worst as possible.
0 stars for the leasing lady.
4 for the apartment complex
Overall rating: 2

I’d give this place 0 stars if applicable. The building recently flooded from the most recent hurricane. The garage was completely flooded. They alerted us when it was too late. Many, if not most all cars were totaled. We have not received any emails regarding the status of the garage or where to park. Not one email/ text/ or phone call updating us about anything!!! The elevators have been “getting worked on” since I moved in in March. Don’t even get me started on the random fire alarms that only go off at 2/3am. Police are often called to the building. This place is a nightmare. By far

The Wescott is run so poorly, don't let the affordable sign-on rates fool you. I moved out because after the first year they tried to raise the rent by $500 a month, a 25% increase. Being cheap you really get what you pay for... It took them (no exaggeration) 5 months to get the elevators repaired. The walls get repaired but not repainted so it looks like junk and the garage, which you are charged for, floods regularly (recently over 100 cars were totaled). They have a gym but half the equipment is broken, and the tennis/basketball courts are currently closed and have been for months. The ground

I really enjoy living here. I absolutely adore all the people that work here and everything that they do to accommodate my needs. They are always professional, willing to help and always do it with a smile. My apartment is updated, spacious, and although the amenities and elevators are slightly outdated and could use some work, for the price you pay, having them available is a bonus!

2 years ago my husband and I really struggled finding a place that would accept our pups. We came across The Wescott and Jerry was super helpful! We moved right in and it was one of the best experiences. The staff were always super helpful, the maintenance staff always went above and beyond to make sure the building was presentable. We stood for 2 years and only moved due to COVID. We never had an issue in our apartment. I truly appreciate their kindness! Jerry, Alicia, Carla, Dana and all the maintenance staff definitely made it feel like home!
