Management does not respond. We have been emailing the management team for over a week about an issue in our apt that needs to be fixed and no one responds. I try calling the concierge, leasing office and the emergency line, and still no response saying no one is available to take the call. I leave a voicemail with a callback number, again no response. I try putting in a maintenance request on the resident portal, but it is inaccessible- not sure how to place requests or more importantly pay rent. This is very frustrating. Highly recommend not living here until soemthing is done about new management

Like you, I went through all of these reviews before touring here and I was a little hesitant myself, but I really liked the floor plans and for the price the location can’t be beat! Let’s just say I am happy I came here to see for myself because I am really loving it here so far.
Living here for over a month now I've never had issues finding parking, the garbage is picked up weekly from the parking garage, there is always staff cleaning the building, and I have yet to see any mice or roaches. Is the trash room a mess and stink sometimes because residents aren’t disposing of their trash

My husband and I lived at Park Square West for 3 months (Jan – Mar 2021) and had a great experience. We almost did not consider PSW for our needs, due to the Google ranking, so we were very glad we made the plunge and visited for ourselves. The welcome we received day 1, from Caroline and Wanda, was one of becoming part of the PSW family. This building was the ONLY one that did not try to take advantage of the fact we needed a short term, unfurnished rental. Caroline is completely customer focused and provided us with everything we needed to make this stay a pleasure. Wanda met our questions

Horrible management!! Stay away!! The ladies in the office are rude and very inconsiderate. I’ve been here since Maria ran the office and they were very caring. They took care of issues and Ralph was amazing with maintaining the building. We also had UFC gym at the time. New management = new problems! Mice and roaches infest the property. You are charged an amenity fee and there aren’t any. Parking is additional and never available. They show favoritism to new applicants but only until they get you stuck in a lease. RUN! 66 Summer and a ton of other buildings in the area have comparable rates

Mrs . Caroline is very helpful. I came to the office looking for a 2 bedroom. Mrs. Caroline gave me her undivided attention. She give me a tour of the building. She also showed me a 2 bedroom. Mrs Caroline is a very nice person. Ms . Wanda in the office she helped me with the paperwork. Wanda also explained everything to me about the application from top to bottom. She let me know about the rules of the building. She is a wonderful person. And she is very helpful as well. I moved in I been here for about 3 weeks I love it here . Thank you so much . Mrs. Caroline and Miss. Wanda.
