If I can give less than a star, I would. Mina was the only good thing about this place. Currently in the process of taking them to small claims for my security deposit. Long story short, dropped deposit in Feb with move in date of beginning of April. They stated that it wouldn’t be ready because the cabinets in kitchen wouldn’t be installed on time. They delayed our move in and gave us another apartment for late April. Upon arrival, we inspected the apartment and discovered multiple issues (i.e tape on door frame, appliances not cleaned, water damage and unfinished walls) When I told Mina,

Simply amazing !!!
I have been staying in this apartment since November 2019 and this place is simply amazing.
The leasing apartment office duo (Michelle & Mina) managing the apartment complex office are very good and prompt. The amenities within the apartment are also well maintained.
Lot of underground covered parking as well. The apartment common areas are well kept and neat and clean.
Overall a gr8 place to stay near Stamford downtown...

I lived here for nearly two years and never had a single issue. Management was always prompt to answer queries and any maintenance issues (though there weren't any of note) were handled in expedient fashion. The distance to the bars and restaurants couldn't be closer and for walkers/runners, I almost never took the same route since there's so many options downtown. The additional public rooms like the gym were always properly cleaned and ready for use. I rented the front TV room for a party of about 15 family and friends and it was perfect since it had an extra fridge and oven for food. Would live

I lived at the Village at Stamford for a year and had a wonderful experience. The management team is wonderful and helpful. They’re so kind and social as well. I had such a pleasant experience living there and would highly recommend it to others in the future. In addition, the location is just perfect. Many shops and restaurants nearby, right in the heart of downtown Stamford!

Michelle and Mina in the leasing office were great to work with. They were both accommodating, cordial, responsive, receptive and made typically a stressful situation (moving) a smooth one. Because of them my transition was enjoyable; with so many living choices in Stamford working with them made my choice an easy one.
As far facilities, when I looked at this complex last year nothing stood out; but since take over of new management the facilities are impressive especially for the location. With a pool being considered I’m glad I got into this complex early.

Have had such a great experience at The Village at Stamford over the last year. Everyone has been so friendly to us, and my dog is always sure to stop by the leasing office to say hi every time we go for a walk! Originally toured with Jerry who has been wonderful since we have met him. Jimmie has also been a pleasure to chat with every morning on the way to the train station! Our unit was renovated right before we moved in and have not had any issues and all the appliances are new and working. Never has something required repair! Easy for dog walkers to get into being able to buzz them in on your

This place is outstanding... the location is outstanding, the management and maintenance team is amazing! The owners changed recently and so did the management and they do such a great job! I have never had a single problem with them. They are super nice and friendly and take care of the residents very well. The building and the units are nice and well maintained too. Have been living here for 3 years now.
